Well in my case, after the RFE, I sent the package again but then I noticed the money order check under my printer , so another RFE again. I just want to send it tomorrow instead of waiting for the RFE

Any advice?

Oh my goodness, this isn't going well for you so far...umm....I don't think you should send it seperately. There's a good chance it will never meet up with your application. I think you should just wait for the RFE.

When you send the package back with the money order....TRIPLE check it to make sure everything's there!!

I think the I-130 and I-765 were touched yesterday.

As of yet, we have not recieved any emails from USCIS regarding the AOS, EAD or I-130 but it showed that "something" was done on 4/24. Is it common for them not to send emails to update you when they touch the case?

Just wonderin.... Chris has his Biometrics appt next Tuesday in Atlanta. Moving along....

I totally understand- it took me 2 weeks to get my package together, and that was only mine! I don't have any kids to worry about!

Hello Everyone,

Just an update, my biometric was already done today. So far, it went smoothly. My appointment schedule was at 11:00 a.m. and we arrived there at 10:58 a.m. I filled up the forms sitting next to my hubby inside then after that the guy at the counter gave me a priority number. I was no. 48 and it was a good timing that it was my turn next being called by one who did my fingerprinting together with photo taking then signature. That's it.

Oh, I am sorry to hear that nakashima ayumi. Well, don't worry, your case will be doing ok, just give them what they want.

P.S. Just a friendly advice, check your package first many times before you send it making sure everything is there.

Agro and Allie& Leo told me about this thread. We filed for Efrain's AOS yesterday... I was reading the past postings, and totally agree, that sending that packet off feels different...since he's already here with me, and we're already married...it's much easier to do when you are already together!
