Spouse(beneficiary) in US while petitioner(me) working abroad for a US NGO what physical address to use

Hi,

Thank you in Advance for answering my query. 

Situation: I am working for a US NGO in Africa but my mailing address, paychecks, bills, health insurance and as well as my work contract are still associated with my US address. And I also come back for annual leave back to US as my organization gives me a free ticket to go home each year. 

However, I'm physically living in Africa until end of the project (Dec 2017). My wife is in US doing her PhD. We were married in US. I would like to do concurrent filling (I130 and I485). 

Now the question is on the new I130 form it asks for mailing address and asks if it is your physical address as well. 

i have recently changed my address in US to our apartment.

A) should I maintain my physical address as US address on Part 2 Question 11 or as only mailing address. 

Or in physical address give my foreign address?

and if I do give my physical address as foreign address how would I explain this in Part 9. 

 

Right now I dont receive any documentation or mail in my foreign address as I have been here for just a contract to run a program so have maintained all my accounts in US. 

Any help on this issue will be appreciated.

As far as I know any stay of over 6 months is considered a move so you have to give the address away

Whatever you do, attach a letter explaining all that, show both addresses and bring a letter from your employer because you living apart is a problem in itself
