"in both of our names" is an essential piece of information that you didn't provide before. Knowing that I can opine that the evidence is useful evidence, before knowing that I could not tell you if I think the evidence is useful or useless.

All of the utilities bills and bank statements are in both of our names, .....

In writing this post I mainly wanted to know if my evidence was strong enough without the affidavits in the opinion of VJ viewers.

I stand corrected - 9 of the items on your list do include such words as 'joint', 'dependent', or 'beneficiary'. Those items are probably good, useful evidence.

For the other items you do not mention how the item ties you and your spouse together, so I couldn't say if they are useful evidence or useless evidence. For example, "Power bill" - nothing in that 2-word description of the item indicates whether it's useful to your case or not useful.

Depends what those items you listed indicate about your and your spouse's life together. You don't mention how any of them tie the 2 of you together. They may be excellent evidence, they may be useless.

Hi,

Okay my husband and I will be filing our removal of conditions petitions in about 10-12 days from today. So far I have all documents except for the affidavits and I haven't written the check yet. My petition has about 100 pages give or take. Please review it and tell me if I have enough evidence or if I have forgotten any evidence. Also could you tell me with the following documents below if I should add the affidavits (I don't have them done as of yet) and before I am told to read the guide I know they are optional. I am just looking for opinions.
