😠Ok so i finally get an answer after waiting for 13months on my waiver!  Here are my results! What do you think will be our next step since this is our results! I also wonder if i can get a refund?😅

He went to his interview in Dec. 22, 15, he was denied and required the standard I-601 for a CIMT. He took the original approve waiver which was the I-601A and and other paper work that was required and still got denied we knew about our first waiver. The officer in Juarez was probably piss off or ready to go on his holiday vacation. So I'm kinda of wondering if he will need a second interview or will he just send an updated medical exam n paper work? What do you think?

Didn't the IO let him know why he was being denied. If they wanted some papers from him they should have let him know. You haven't given any other information so it's hard to say anything else.
