Just got an e-mail reply to my SR from 7/26:

So basically, a non-answer. Today is day 116 since they received our case. I was able to snag an Infopass appointment at the USCIS office near us later this week. But I truly wonder if that's going to help at all. I have a FAX prepared to send my representative just in case the Infopass appointment doesn't yield anything.

The fun never stops! Does anyone have tips on attending an Infopass appointment? The thread below seems to have some good advice that might translate well into an in-person appointment:

Hey Narakthisud,

An advice: for example, if the officer tells you 'the status says that your case is in the adjudication stage' - remember to ask when did your case move to that stage, as in the 'date'. I think it's nice to know. From the time my case was in the adjudication stage to the time my status changed to 'card is in production' - 15 days passed.

So I guess it's a good indicator. You can ask for the date for any status 'for example: if they say your case is in background check, ask when did the case move into the background check stage' etc...

Hope this is useful.

I have a silly question, I know that we are all waiting mostly for our EADs and I am patiently doing it, but with so much time on hands I was just wondering if anyone have received the new design?

The differences that I forgot to mention in my post were that her signature does not appear on the bottom of her picture and instead it says "Signature Waived". I'm not sure why since her biometrics see sion was successful as far as I know. It also has the "Serves as I-512 Advance Parole" endorsement statement instead of where it says "Not Valid for US Reentry to US" on her card.
