I think yours will be mailed later today as you already received the NOA2. I've seen people's timeline where they received their noa2 and then the next day the card was mailed. Then receive it couple days after! Hopefully there's no delays with ours!! Keeping my fingers crossed.😊

Oh l really hope so! I'll keep you updated 😀

Good morning, one and all.

Great to hear so many of us April filers have seen progress with our cases; a welcomed relief for all involved and peace of mind. Sorry to also hear a fair few are experiencing setbacks and are coming up against the proverbial brick wall. The worm will turn soon enough, just hang on in there.

I'm aware that there's no hard and fast rule for any stage of the process, and that processing times vary greatly on situation and location. However, I was wondering if there's an average time any April filers have experienced regarding the wait time between a case being 'ready to be scheduled for interview' and actually receiving an interview date? I'm already fed up with checking multiple times a day for that elusive update and am just anxious to hear of news.

Hi there

When I spoke to a tier 2 officer on the phone they told me my application was ready to be scheduled for interview as of May 31. But doesn't mean i will actually get an interview or if it will be waived and there is no indication of time. They said it's normal not to hear anything after that notification for a while - processing times vary.

Hi guys,

On June 19 our case was ready to be scheduled for an interview and today, July 27th, it says our interview is scheduled for August 30th. Does anyone know approximately when I should expect the interview notice in the mail? We've already had problems with mail not being delivered for my wife at our address so I'm being carious (an issue I'm hoping is sorted by now but who knows)

Wooo hooo!!! Congratulations, that is so exciting... another few weeks and you can finally release the breath you've been holding all these months. Best of luck and get plenty of sleep the night before.

Woohoo I just got home and checked my status and my EAD application says "New Card Is Being Produced." 🎉 Super excited! I feel bad because my case has only been active for 94 days and I know there are loads of you that have been waiting longer. I didn't expedite but I submitted SRs on day 77 & day 90. It seems like there has been a lot of movement in the past few days though so fingers crossed for everyone else to be approved soon, too! 😊

Happy news! Congrats, that was fast! Adding my well wishes for anyone still waiting.

Received my green card approval notice in the mail today. I thought it was my green card at first, so I was a little bummed. Hopefully it'll arrive in a few days. :)

Hahaha, yeah that was me last week when I got the EAD approval in the mail. I had been checking every morning since getting the approval text and got so excited when I saw the official looking envelope thinking that the card had arrived, only to discover it was just the written notice. But, it means the real thing is probably less than a week away from being in your hands. Congrats!

Congrats on receiving your combo card! Seems like the average processing time is now well past 90 days to about 110-120 days, even without an RFE! Crazy! Would you be able to compare your card's design against the ones on USCIS's web site? Also, when you went to your biometrics appointment, were they able to successfully capture your signature? I'm curious as to why your card indicates it was waived.

Finally, THANK YOU for updating your timeline! It's so helpful for those of us still waiting to hear news about our EAD/AP cards!

I also got the old design, and had "signature waived" printed on the card although I am 100% sure I signed inside the box. Also, I mistakenly only sent them 2 passport photos rather than 6 in my original application (2 each for I-485, I-131 and I-765 i think) and I didn't get an RFE... they used the photo from my biometrics appointment on the EAD/AP combo card.

My EAD got approved July 28th. I'm hoping to receive it by the end of the week as I will be travelling back to my home country next week. I'm still waiting for them to update the status to card was mailed before I book a flight. I hope we all get our card this week! Please keep us posted!

My approval notice was on July 22, and came by mail on July 25. Then I got the "card has been mailed" notice on July 26 and had the card in had a few days later on July 29... so 7 days between approval notice by email and card in hand, so it'll be close, but I think you'll just make it. Last minute flight cost though will be painful :(

Hey @hommeaetage, @sinayion, @mmmp & @earnhaaart,

All of our EAD/APs were approved on July 27th or just after. I was just wondering if anyone's has been mailed to them yet? If not could you let me know when it is please?

I'm going crazy because one of my best friends is getting married on 13th August in Scotland and I really want to be there! I thought I definitely couldn't, and then I could, and now I don't know anymore! I haven't been home since Feb 2016 either. I was hoping my card would have been mailed by now as it was approved on Thursday of last week, but it can take up to 30 days to reach us according to USCIS.

Anyway good luck everybody!

Sharing my experience (see above) to give you some encouragement.

Hi all -- First-time poster here. Thanks everyone for posting and updating their timelines (and congrats to those who've received the card/approval). Gives me hope!

4/13/17 -- Received by USCIS.

4/20/17 -- Checks cashed

4/20/17 -- Notices received

7/21/17 -- Received response 'Case is currently under review'

7/28/17 -- Raised a service request.

It's been 110 days since the filing date, and I'm getting really anxious. I had an OPT through a previous F1 visa that ended on 6/14/17, and I've been waiting for this to come through to go back to work. Not sure whether there is anything else I should be doing.

Thanks for sharing your timeline! I will book a flight as soon as they mail the card to me. Yes they are expensive as my planned travel date is aug 8. Right around the corner! I'm hoping to get the noa2 in the mail today!

You will hear some good news probably in a week or two. Our PD is close (april 6) I got approved last week (July 28) and just waiting for the card. Just be patient! I know waiting for the unknown is stressful but you will get approved soon.

Hello Atticus,

112 days so far ...

It seems that we have the same timeline but I came with K1 Visa ... so:

4/11/17 -- Mailed AOS package (I-485, I-765, I-131)

4/13/17 -- Received by USCIS.

4/27/17 -- Notices received

5/25/17 -- Biometrics appointment in Houston.

6/21/17 -- Status changed to 'Ready to be scheduled for interview'

7/12/17 -- Raised an inquiry with USCIS regarding EAD.

7/21/17 -- Received response 'Case is currently under review'

7/30/17 -- Raised a second service request. It would be "checked/resolved" by 8/11.

7/31/17 -- We re-submitted 2 forms to the congressman it seems they did not receive our request last 7/24.

This "Waiting Game" is not fun.
