Hey guys!

Just to give you some hope - today my online application status changed - we are scheduled for interview on August 11th. My office is LA. So things are moving quickly. No news about EAD/AP though, but probably shouldn't expect that anymore.

Congrats! That's great!

Last night my case change to "EAD card was mailed to me". It first went to production on 06/30/2017, then said "case was approved" on 07/03/2017. And now, 3 days later, it says it was mailed. God knows when it would be here or if USPS will lose it, lol.

Wow! Congrats 😊

I am starting to prepare for my AOS interview and figuring out which documents I need to bring. Two weeks left!

OMG that's wonderful! Please keep us updated! Looks like April filers are getting interview dates before March filers. I will have my interview on July 27, but no EAD yet! Did you get the EAD?

Hello everybody, I’ve been reading this forum quietly while waiting for my ead

Its been 94 days today. Biometrics were done may 11 and still nothing except “case received”.

ive raised multiple SR after 75 days and 90 days. Emailed the congressman but still no answer from them.

my I140 is already approved and i filed the I765 and I485 with the Texas service Center.

Anybody in the same boat? My employer is desperate to have me starting ASAP.

thanks!

Mine is Orlando, FL. I don't know about your local office but I was surprised when I got an interview date because uscis website says Orlando is processing cases as of August 2016?

Hi @Plafnd

I had to use Google to find out what an

I-140 is.

Uhm, I think most, if not everyone, in this thread are marriage-based AOS applicants. I am not sure how different the processes and timelines may be in the case of an employment-based green card.  😔 Nonetheless, I do hope you get good news soon. 🙂

Hey, sorry I should have specified. It’s still an AOS but based on employment. I’m just getting so exhausted of waiting every single day that they approve it. It’s 94 days now and no answer. Congressman team on vacation...

I feel you as I myself am on Day 95 today. 😭

I also follow the Feb and March AOS filers thread and I see some people who are still waiting for their EAD approvals. 😔

So all I can say is try to relax and be more patient. 🙂 Contact your congressman team once they're back from vacation. Hopefully, they can speed up the process. Let us know, okay? Good luck.

I will keep you updated. :) Nope, no sign of an EAD/AP yet. Only been active for 76 days, though. But it doesn't really matter as I'll (hopefully) get my green card soon.
