My priority day is April 26, 2017. My NOA 1 was received May 2. My case is been handled by the National Benefit Center. As of today I am still waiting for my biometrics appointment. I have done one service request and all I got was an answer yesterday saying that my file was still in preprocessing checks (what that mean?). So still waiting after 66 days.

@fairylou, we have similar timelines and I also don't have my biometrics appt yet. Created an SR they sent me for infopass. Went for infopass and they told us to call again. Lol. Frustrating circle. But i called and spoke to a very friendly tier 2 lady who tried to manually create  an appointment for me but couldn't find any open appointments. But told me she sent an email out and i should get a response by mid this month. Fingers and toes crossed for progress.

Call and escalate to tier 2 and see if you'll be successful. If not, request your state representative to make an inquiry on your behalf.

Am I the only one who hasn't had their biometrics appointment yet?  Almost 2 months now. No appointment yet

2 months feels awful long in the tooth. I think your next step is to submit an e-request/service request.

So K1 visa holders are also required to do an interview?

Those of us who are K1 adjusters are required to attend an interview unless specifically waived from that requirement. From what I gather, this waiver happens often but delays the issuance of the green card. :(

I think if the K1 cases get transferred to California, the interview gets waived. I believe most people in this thread are having their cases handled at the National Benefits Center, though.

Check! K1 adjuster here. We have an "MSC" case number which translates to the National Benefits Center. (Silly USCIS acronyms!)

Hello!

I also had my biometrics on 5/25.

74 days active :( I need to receive my EAD since I have no SS#, so I cannot drive :( without SS# I must not ask for driver's license and the most important: I NEED/WANT to work, I had my first interview for a part-time position, however I could not complete for obvious reasons 😑

Just be patient. I wish I had better advice for you. There are plenty of people past the 90-day mark with no updates on their cases. :(

Pretty sure the travel ban specifically does not affect family-based adjustment.

Agreed. It's a travel ban, not a green card ban.

Congratulations to all those receiving EAD/AP and/or interview scheduling.

Day 73; still waiting.

On Wednesday, I sent off the requested evidence in response to the RFIE I received. FedEx tracking shows said evidence arrived at USCIS today, around 10am, but no update to my AOS case yet (understandably so). Do they work weekends, or should I expect not to hear anything until Monday at the very earliest?

I doubt federal workers are inclined to work weekends. I'd love to be wrong on this!

No biometrics after 60 days and the best explanation they can offer you is "preprocessing checks"? Sigh.

I think you meant to write "representative." State representatives can't do much when it comes to working with the federal government!

I'm posting on here because no one in the may filers group have seen updates like mine yet hope that's ok...
