Hi Everyone, May filer, here. I'm scrolling through to see if anyone here expedited their EAD? I'm trying to get an idea of where USCIS is with expedite requests.

I tried. Don't do it before you submit any RFE or go for your biometrics appointment, if not they won't process it. You will have to wait another 30 days before you can put in another expedite request (like me, pft!).

AOS

03/20/17....Applied SSN

03/25/17.... SSN card received

04/01/17....AOS mailed

04/10/17....NOA 1

04/19/17....RFE

05/12/17....Biometric appointment

06/01/17....EAD expedite request

06/06/17....Faxed EAD documents

06/23/17....EAD/AP combo card approved

10/27/17....Green card approved

Oh no! I requested one before my biometrics and it said my processing was suspended until I did biometrics. I did my biometrics early (but after receiving my letter) and called back and they allowed me to put in another SR to expedite so now I'm just waiting to hear back. Maybe you can try again? At this point, I've put in 3 requests to expedite and they received my application only 2 weeks ago hahaha

Hello everyone  all be sending  my AOS this June I guess that makes me a June filer.  My question is which the right address to send all the AOS documents? Or every states has a different address And do u include  wedding photos as part of evidence? Joint bank outs? Thank you.

I honestly think you should read the instruction very well before sending. You should find the address if you click on where to file in the main page.

And if you look in the instruction, you will find the example of the evidence. You can send photos, but don't send photo albums.

Once again read the instruction very well, and only send what they want you to send. Additional info could be provided by you in the interview

Hi guys!

I am using a third-party app to check my USCIS case statuses. And just a few minutes ago, I ran a scan of the receipt numbers closest to mine. And I am shocked to have found one I-485 case that was approved today! 😵 It also shows that another I-485 case has moved past the interview stage and is now awaiting a decision.

While there may be other factors unknown to us that contributed to that case's unusually fast approval, I do hope that this signals that USCIS will be working on our cases soon.

Praying that everyone receives good news in the coming days.

🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

(Yes, I do check my cases at least 3x a day or whenever I feel like it. I hope I'm not the only one. 😂)

I am so frustrated. Pkg delivered Apr 26, noa may 2. No RFE. Still waiting on biometrics. I called them a few days ago they told me to wait until today 6/1 to call again to create service request. So I just called today and they told me to call tomorrow 6/2. Anyone still waiting for biometrics like I am?

I'm in the same boat. I've been so busy with studying and other things too that I haven't had the time or energy to pick up the phone to enquire as to what is going on. Our timelines are more or less identical too.

I wish I was that busy. What state are you in? I wonder if the appointment delays only affect certain states...

I put in a service request. Hopefully it will be resolved soon

California.

I thought putting in a service request was only am option after 60 days of 'no movement'. Think my case(s) has/have only been active 45 expect present.

Had my biometrics appointment today after rescheduling the original one. Was quick and easy. Almost no people there. Also I came in earlier than scheduled so I left before my appointment time.

Now I just have to wait!

I am still waiting on my biometrics letter. Case has been active 49 days, and the 'received date' on all three NOAs was May 3rd. Growing increasingly frustrated and -- dare I say it -- angry. I'm still within the 60 days since 'last action' timeframe though so am unable to make a service request.

Hello!

My biometric appointment was on 05/25, then I called USCIS and they informed me that the EAD should be delivered in 75 days from NOA1, if not is received I better call asking for its status.

I have no idea how they process these forms, there are no online updates. On K1 I had more visibility 😊

Have a great day! Waiting Game ON!
