Ok so something strange just happened. I got 3 more texts about them receiving my petition all with new Receipt #s. I have a feeling they finally found my lost petition from February. I placed a cancel on the check and it hasn't been cashed, but I'm worried this is going to mess with my already ongoing petition. And I definitely do not want that check cashed and get charged twice.

I have received my notices of action and biometric appointment letter already and just wondering what it could be. I didn't send my medical so maybe its a notice for that🤔 Hopefully not a rfe....patiently waiting on the mailman...

If your I-485 case status has not changed to that of "Request for Initial Evidence Was Mailed," then yes, the letter might just be that standardized text notifying you about the need to submit your I-693 at a later date or to bring it on your interview. 🙂

You may want to call USCIS now to get a clearer picture about the situation. I do hope this is just a minor issue that can be fixed right away. 😞
