Hello everyone,

I am very happy, finally I found my 3 NOA1s on the mail box today afternoon.

I hope the biometric appointment can be mailed soon too.

What is next on the process? I hope no RFE  👐🙇

Have a great night 🌷

Hey that's great news! I received all 3 of them yesterday too  it's really nice that we have a similar timelinewith this case! hehe. Hopefully we will receive the biometrics soon!! :D

Also, on the mails there are 2 dates 'Notice date' and 'Received date' - do you know if we have to go by the 'Notice Date' or the 'Received Date' when counting how many days the case has been pending?

Have a great day!

Whoop whoop!

Got my NOA1s yesterday night at 11:53pm! (Package delivered April 22).

This was already the second round for me though. They sent it back earlier in April because of some issues with the application and attached an invitation to reapply.

Possible, that they kept stuff from the first application in their system and that is why it went fairly fast.

Package sent: April 20

E-mail NOAs: April 28

RFE: May 18 (sent back the same day)

Biometrics Letter: May 12

Biometrics appointment: June 1

Expedite request EAD: June 14

Expedite request for evidence: June 27 (faxed the same day)

EAD card is being produced: June 29

EAD mailed: June 30

Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview: July 3

Hello Flower1,

I downloaded USCIS APP on my smartphone since my fiance submitted the I-129F last year, it helped me to track all the steps of that process.

Yesterday I added 3 new cases 😁😁😁😁 I just added the "Received Date", so my cases have been active 19 days so far.

😖😴😪😤 the Waiting Game is not fun I can tell

Hi people.. I sent my application and it was received on the 13th of april, it was thereafter rejected because my spouse signature on the form i-130 slightly extended beyond the space allocated for her signature.. I used the old form i.130 so it extended to the box of "signature of the person preparing the form" . I was surprise to see this as a cause for rejection though, so i eventually downloaded the new form i.130, filled and sent it on the 22nd, it was delivered the next day which was 23rd.. I eventually got the acceptance text and email at about 11.33am yesterday and I checked my status online and it showed me right about same content of the text and email, I wasn't expecting to see anything online since I read it on vj that it woul not update till the noa1 itself arrives in the mail.. anyways I am glad I finally got a response from them..

You can tell by your Receipt Number indicated on the NOA. I believe yours should start with MSC. If so, it's handled by the National Benefits Center

Yeah msc, but how do I know the exact benefit centre handling my case. Thanks

Mystery resolved...rejected...had forgotten to include the biometrics fee...uughhh...sending it in again first thing tomorrow. Included G-1125 this time around too...

Sorry to hear that, but I bet it feels nice to know what is wrong and how to fix it. Better luck next time around and you will be more prepared!

At first all cases are handled by the Missouri Service Center (MSC). Later on in the process, the cases may be sent to your local field office.

Hello all! How is everyone? Haven't been here in a while, been very busy with school. In fact, I had my midterm exam today and I only had 1 wrong out of 100 - yay! Anyway, I had my biometrics done today after my midterm, lucky enough it's only 2 blocks away from my school - another yay for that! 😊 The bio itself was so quick probably 5-7 mins and the lady was so nice but the line to check in was a little long. Overall, I had a good experience with them. Now, back to waiting game for combo card and GC. 😊

Yes, my package was delivered last Monday, 4/24th. Last time, it took me almost one month to know that they had actually rejected my applicatiton, so I don't know how about this time. Is it because they rejected it before, so it will take longer for them to review my application again?

Hey,

I don't think that that's the case. I was also rejected the first time around and got my NOA1s 8 days after the package was delivered this time.

I guess it all depends on the case worker who is working on your files, or where your files ended up in the pile. Depending on how long that person takes, you get the NOAs sooner or later. For some people here on VJ, it took 3 weeks.

I would wait another week and then call them.

Package sent: April 20
