My wife's status has been stuck at "fingerprint fee received" for nearly 6 months now. My representative's office says USCIS is still trying to schedule her for an interview but I have a feeling that it might be waived at this point.

I'm still stuck at the same status. I filed a service request a few days back. It still hasn't been assigned to an officer. Can't believe it's been more than 6 months with no progress at all. :(

Been stuck at 'case ready to be scheduled for interview' since July 31st; almost three months with no movement whatsoever. I'm growing increasingly impatient and a little disillusioned, given the amount of April filers having received their green card already.

Mine has been like that too since May 1st but got my EAD so I can work and stress less about the green card. With the holiday season coming up I doubt there will be much moving in the future

I would advise you to start looking for jobs so you can get a job offer and expedite your case, also get your senator/congress people involved.

I also waited 160+ days for my EAD, filed one service request, and never got it.

Thanks!  Did you just call the senator/congressman?  Did this help you get your EAD sooner?

I read here that some senator/congress people have an online form you can fill or you can contact them online somehow. Also it is best to have a job offer in hand to expedite it.

I didn't contact my senator, I didn't do anything and I never got it. I got my green card like two weeks ago though, so no EAD for me.

Finally news on my AOS case! Yesterday I got a notification that "new card is being produced", which means my green card has been approved without an interview (adjusting from K-1).

In September though, I received a letter saying that they needed a new medical exam and some proofs of relationship, which I sent 2 weeks later. Finally my case has been approved and I don't have to worry about immigration for the next 2 years.

Good luck to everyone still waiting! :)

Howdy all New York filer my PD is 28/04/2017. Already in possession of my EAD combo card n was just wondering when will I see some movements as it relates to my I-485 n I-130 applications. How long from now before my interview is scheduled? I notice a few people from New York getting interviews between 230 -236 days. I would appreciate any advice.

Like @cyanmavi mentioned below, most representatives/senators have online forms to request this sort of assistance. I don't think that calling helps move things along any faster. Remember, your representative/senator is ultimately dealing with USCIS at the end of the day. :)

I would contact USCIS to check whether the card was really mailed (online updates can be unreliable) and if so, whether they can provide a tracking number.

It can technically take 2 weeks for the card to arrive.

Update this is crazy!!! My husband gets an e-mail today from the central HR offices from his work place. "We got your green card!" We are mailing it back to you.

How how?

We have receive all the post from USCIS to our mail box home. And we verified the address twice during our interview. All I can think is that there was some mix up with the L-1 visa information.

Thank you!

Finally I got some news! After I was approved for the EAD back in August 18 and 3 different service request about the delay (their mistake, it was lost in limbo) I just got my card! Now last week I received my interview date for the middle of November. I really thought that I was going to go to the interview without the EAD. Now I am counting the days🤞🏻
