Do you remember the number of days from your PD before you did an SR? How long afterwards your EAD was approved. Did you call immediately after SR to speak with tier 2 before approval? 

Hi again, I didn't have a PD because I'm adjusting from a K1 visa, but I submitted SRs at day 75 and day 90 from when I filed my AOS packet. I didn't call to follow up and may EAD was approved around day 94. I hope yours gets approved soon!

Ok. That means you submitted SR twice. Well I hope they respond by at least next week. I can’t wait to get a job.

Hey guys. My husband applied in April but we didn't sent the RFE response until July. They received it July 11th.  Will this drastically delay the process??  We still have not heard anything

Hi friends, I went for a job interview yesterday and just this afternoon they called and offered me the job. When I mean a job, a befitting one that I never expected to secure. I am now waiting for offer letter from the company in order to alert USCIS. For those who expedited their EAD, pls guide me on how best I can go about having it submitted for expedite and action taken fast; do I need to request for tier 2 or speak with a customer service rep. Meanwhile, I submitted an SR for out of normal processing time, which has not yet been assigned to an officer. Thank you.

I have heard many vj members tell surprising stories about either receiving their AOS approval letters or Interview letter; I have a mail on the way Associated with return receipt, sent to me since last week. For those who had usps informed delivery, were you able to see a mail like that coming from Texas with a return receipt and when received its either AOS approval letter or interview letter?

Get your representative or senator involved. My wife got her EAD after 135 days and I thought that was waaaay too long.

I would advise you to start looking for jobs so you can get a job offer and expedite your case, also get your senator/congress people involved.

I also waited 160+ days for my EAD, filed one service request, and never got it.

My wife's status has been stuck at "fingerprint fee received" for nearly 6 months now. My representative's office says USCIS is still trying to schedule her for an interview but I have a feeling that it might be waived at this point.
