Soooooo happy!!!! Just received email & text notifications accepting my case  :jest:

 

"Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797)"

 

2017/04/19 - Mailed I-130 / I-485 / I-765 (FedEx)

2017/04/20 - Packet Arrived in Chicago

2017/04/28 - Email & Text notifications accepting my case (NOA1)

2017/05/01 - NOA1 (3 letters) received by mail dated 04/27/17

2017/05/06 - Biometrics appointment letter arrived (Dated 05/18/2017)

2017/05/18 - Biometrics appointment 

2017/08/21 - Case is ready to be schedule for an interview

2017/09/12 - EAD Approved

2017/09/20 - EAD card arrived

03/31/2017 - AOS package delivered to USCIS (Chicago Lockbox)

04/11/2017 - Cheques cashed

04/12/2017 - NOA1 (4) received by sms and email (11:30 PM CT)

04/17/2017 - NOA1 (4) received by mail (dated 04/12/17)

04/28/2017 - Biometrics letter received in the mail (dated 04/22/17)

05/09/2017 - Biometrics appointment

07/22/2017 - Text & Email of EAD approval (I-765)

07/25/2017 - Written notice by mail of EAD/AP combo card approval (I-765 & I-131)

07/26/2017 - Text & Email saying "On July 26, 2017, we mailed your new card"

07/29/2017 - Received EAD/AP combo card by mail

12/06/2017 - Received interview notice by mail (dated 11/27/2017)

I just received my biometric appointment letter too, mine is also in Austin on May 12th! 

 

Anyway, I received a RFE for my I-864 dated 19/4, which was very vague in what was wrong with my forms. My bio appointment letter is dated 22/4. I guess RFE doesn't affect biometric appointments!

I received the letter earlier this week. :) It tells me there's a missing part or something filled wrongly in page 3, but it doesn't say if it's the main or joint sponsor.

So I attached a separate G-1145 to I-485, I-765 and I-131, three in all.

I received 6 text and 6 email notifications yesterday, 2 for each, my documents are accepted!! :goofy:

It took six days since they were delivered.
