Sounds like you caught the ISO on his/her good day! I hope we're lucky enough to have one like that if we were to be interviewed. (My wife is adjusting from a K1 visa.)

I adjusted from K1 visa too!

And I think the time of interview was perfect, too. We were interviewed at around 1:15PM. The officer said they start interviewing at 7am. So by the time she sees us, she's already exhausted and just wants to go through the rest of who is on the schedule for today so she can go home and watch her favorite documentary. Haha. Kidding.

I wish you and your wife all the best! :)

I had my biometrics in mid June, still nothing about my EAD and AOS, any ideas on how to speed things up would be good or comments on people around the same timeline would be great.  I came here on a K1 visa.  Thanks everyone.

And the good news keeps coming! Anyone know if the Tier 1 USCIS agents can provide a tracking number? Or will that number appear on the web site?

We are in Tampa filed in March... we were approved for the EAD in July... and have just gotten notice of an interview for September 28 (just over 6 months from the date they got our paperwork...

The approval for the EAD is done by the main processing center not the Tampa office however...

If it's been more than 70 days since your paperwork was received by USCIS call the hotline and ask for a Tier 2 officer and open a service report

... we did that in a couple days they approved the EAD.
