I've just mailed out my AOS package, I guess that makes me an April filer. :) Let's hope all of us progress smoothly!

Hi all ! Kinda in between march and april so I shared this on both thread. I am new to this but I like reading other's people timeline. Figured I would share ours.

 

k1 visa: early december

POE: end of January 

Married to a lovely man on March 10th

Sent the packet on march 24th/received on the 27th.

The check was cashed today :) I hope we'll have the text/email tonight or tomorrow. :D 

 

From Québec to Buffalo :) Good luck to everyone, and stay positive ! :D

Literally just got my NOA ! :D I couldn't be happier.

For reference, we sent the forms on march 24, received march 27th. They cashed the check yesterday. I didn't sent the AP but I am starting to regret seeing the long waiting time.

 

Case Was Received

On March 28, 2017, we received your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization , Receipt Number MSC*********, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by April 27, 2017, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

 

Fingerprint Fee Was Received

On April 4, 2017, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC********. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

07/06/2016: Text that my case was approved (68 days)

07/12/2016: hardcopy NOA 2 (6 days)

07/27/2016: NVC received my petition (21 days from NOA2)
07/28/2016: NVC assigned a case number (1 day)
08/01/2016: NVC sent out our case (IN TRANSIT-4 DAYS)

Howdy all! So glad to see the activity here. When we filed our I-129F back in October of last year, VisaJourney became our virtual extended family. Looking forward to sharing the good (and sometimes not-so-good) with everyone this time around as well.

 

I mailed my wife's I-485/131/765 packet (all 83 pages) on Thursday via Priority Mail 2-day. USPS says it should arrive in Chicago on Saturday. Fingers crossed for an NOA1 SMS/e-mail sometime next week.

We're on the exact same timeline! Our package was received on the 3rd and check cashed on 7th too. NOA text/email on Monday hopefully! :)

I received my notification emails and texts on Thursday night / Friday morning. My packet arrived in Chicago on the morning of March 28th so you should get it soon!!! Good luck!!!

We received 3 emails and 3 text messages with the case numbers last night! Very unexpected, but happy. :)

 

I checked the status online and it says they received our forms on April 4th.
