Hi,

 

My brother applied for me in May 2015.

 

Checking status online shows that they have received my documents on 28 May 2015, dont receive PD as yet...........

 

Can anyone guide me when they allocate PD or my PD is 28th May 2015 ?

Pardon my ignorance but what's a PD?

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Your PD is already set and you are right it's 28 May 2015.

Yes that's your PD. Now you have about 8 to 10 years of waiting. You should be current and processing starts about 2025-2027.
