So many places.  Everyone who has received a NOA2 has reported that the USCIS tracker did not update, thus no e-mail or text notification.  People are just getting surprises in their mailbox with the hardcopy.  The only ones the tracker seems to be updating for are those who receive RFE's.

Apologies if I appear obtuse, so what you are saying is, if I check my status online, that the status is not accurate and that something might be in the mail? Or if I was to call, besides quoting the Feb 15th date script they would not be privy as to the actual status and something could have actually been mailed? Apologies, that notion just stuns me.

Hello everyone. I have been following this forum for past 2 months now and finally decided to make an account. I and my fiance filed our NOA1 on March 27th and received receipt on 1st April along with hard copy but USCIS app shows that my case has been active for 77 days. Why is that? Can anyone help please? Im getting worried. It has been over 100 days.

Oh on a side note I hope and pray that all of you get your NOA2 soon and fulfill your plans with your loved one.

Yes. Only a very small percentage of approvals appear in the tracker now.

You're not likely to get any more information from the CSC. It's been a while since I've seen anyone get anything more than a polite (if you're lucky) shrug out of them.

Apologies, that notion just stuns me.

People have even contacted their representatives to try to get them to do something about the tracking system but to date there's no improvement. They do occasional maintenance on the system but it doesn't seem to affect the updating status.

Hi and welcome! The party hasn't started yet so you're still on time.

If have a couple of apps and the active dates are different by about 10 days. The NOA1 date is what is supposed to matter as far as where you are in the queue but that alone doesn't lend you any purvey into when your case will be adjudicated. All we can do is sit and wait... and wait... but I digress. On a high note there were 9 notifications of March approvals for VJ alone that I counted for yesterday. I sense some April NOA2's coming soon!

Thank you, sitting on 105 today and struggling more than a little. I will have to keep my Spinoza in mind, "All excellent things are as difficult as they are rare."

It's been 85 for me. It's been an interesting ride following the February and March filers and living vicariously through their approvals. I think the notifications for the April filers has been protracted by the sheer mass of February and March filers (3712 and 4000+ respectively). There was one February filer that was waiting way past their expected adjudication timeline only to be notified by the embassy that their NVC package had arrived without ever receiving anything from USCIS or the NVC. What a shock that must've been.

In my case it would have been a relieving surprise. My sweetheart is already having problems with the length of wait without adding the added time it takes to go through NVC and the embassy transit time. I'd rather not have to live through an extra month or more of thinking they haven't even touched my case yet. That borders cruelty.

I know many of you are frustrated by the "backwards" timeline here, but keep the faith...

Our approvals are coming, and this "little bit of hell" will be over soon.  Then we can have a drink and laugh about it all!!

Hello All, has Anyone seen that the USCIS processing time of CSC has moved back to January 1, 2017. I'm surprised and shocked and wonder why...

Excuse my language, but... #######? This is insane. A week ago they updated it to February 15th and TODAY they updated again to January 1st!

Obviously they are preventing people from making any kind of inquiry now that they seemed to be backlogged.

The only positive lecture one can try to make of the whole thing it's they are still working with the 5 months frame as normal processing times for petitions, since supposedly that date is referred as how they were working on May 31st.

Of course, if you call them you are going to get the same old answer by the chart. "We are working on January". But I don't care anymore... When we get to the five months mark, it will be time to act.

I'm done for today. It's like I knew the bad luck would keep playing tricks with us two, but obviously this is affecting all of us... :(
