Oh yes, I have that fear as well, I've been reading through a bunch of threads and I don't know how, but found one about divorce and k1, there were quite a few stories that scared me pretty much. Uh oh... I think I saw some of those already. But yes, let's avoid additional reason to stress out on this.

I was worried that our application got lost and we will lose so much time to get everything together again, but then I got surprised by the hard copy, and while waiting for NOA1 I was actually already in line of waiting for NOA2 for 8 days without even knowing 😜

I've been a little stressed out, as my packet was mailed few days after yours, and I haven't heard anything as yet. I'm hoping it's just a glitch in the email/text notification system as you mentioned.

Wow!!! Praise God, I just checked our tracking from USPS and it was now delivered. Hopefully, all our documents are still there. LOL.

• April 6, 2017 --- Delivered at Dallas Lock Box
• April 13, 2017 --- NOA1 Text and Email - case accepted and routed to CSC

  April 18 , 2017 --- NOA1 Date on hard copy notice

• Now NOA 2 waiting begins Good Luck To All......

True, @Estabaliz,  . I/we are praying that our documents will be handled properly. Do not want them to be lost or out of place. There were stories where in their documents were lost , it is an added stress for us, if that is the case.

Remember to fill in your Timeline to help with the stats and get an estimated for your NOA2... Though not always that accurate . NOA1 date there will be your Notice Date in the hardcopy.

Me again... I just remembered something 

 

So I'm only in day 9 since NOA1 (day 14 since received date), which means the wait has just started and I'm still feeling content and calm... but apparently is not exactly like that at a subconscious level, because last night I had a weird dream.

 

I was in a small storage room full of boxes with big brown envelopes in them. I started to put envelopes out of one of the boxes and pile them all neatly (because that's me, a bit OCD ). I guess it somehow was a lucid dream, because then I realized those packages in my dream where actually K1 visa petitions and the box I was going through was cases with a received date of 04/18.

When I realized that, I also realized I wasn't supposed to be there doing that because I didn't work for USCIS, so sure enough that was illegal and I was kind of trespassing  So I just got ready to leave, but before doing so I saw a box with the cases received 04/06 (which of course it's my date), so I could go knowing those cases were there: they weren't working on them yet, but at least they hadn't got lost or anything. I even tried to find mine in a quick glance, but then I realized I didn't know how it exactly looked, since it was my fiancé and not me getting the package ready and sending it.

I walked past the main desk casually, hoping they would think I had just gone to the bathroom and hadn't actually been snooping around, lol.

 

So yep, weird dream and damn subconscious. I can't imagine how it's going to be when I'm really anxious about it because we've been waiting for three months.

Just received my NOA1 today by text and email!  Amazingly it only took 3 days.    It's nice to know it met the bare minimum requirements.
