LOL! As much as I want to be prepared for her arrival, I think that's an element I can save for after her arrival. I'm not embarrassed to pick up stuff like that but my experience is that women tend to be particular about personal products like that. :)

Let's hope the NOA2 is on its way. I'm still cautious about it, given the current pattern for approvals that I've seen for other months, but you never know with USCIS. I'm going to cross everything possible for you two :)

Yepp . . 101.

Lol, keep your sanity, boy! Sure the tampon part was priceless :D As a girl, I can tell you we usually are prepared for that kind of contingency when travelling, and she can go and pick her fav ones later on. Strangely romantic you went that far

The lists of tasks are driving me crazy. I don't like to procrastinate and have to rush things later, but there's no way to do certain things until you are there or close to leaving! :hehe:

In the past I would be in the same boat but for Alina, there is not a thing I would not do. Allow me to creep you out for a moment . . . or longer. I, like most humans, have a certain ick factor. I wont even touch the elevator button with a bare finger. The other week I asked my 6 year old daughter to brush her teeth. She complies and I go in the bathroom to find my new toothbrush wet . . . for craps sake. "Ari, did you use the blue toothbrush?" "Oh, yes". Consequently I soaked it in Clorox, washed with dish washing soap (Dawn because of the nifty commercial where the oil goes away from the soap) and then put in boiling water. Nope, still not going to happen, toothbrush in the trash.

I am with Alina and she forgot her toothbrush and I hear myself say, "Oh, no worries, just use mine." She starts to giggle and use my toothbrush. She said she had never shared a toothbrush before and the notion creeps her out. Now, we just use one toothbrush and not only do I not mind, but I LOVE It. It symbolizes a level of intimacy that I have only dreamed of, it is surreal and magnificent, a simple thing that reaches to the sublime.

That surely is a shared sentiment, 101 here. I don't know how many times I have reviewed the list of actives to do when she gets here, wedding items lists, dress and tiara has shipped, about to pre-check in at Disney. Making the lists passes the time and it seems that the lists get longer every day.

One morning at 5am before going to work out I found myself at Walmart asking someone about the different types of tampons . . . I wanted to make sure we were stocked up and ready for her arrival, that sure was awkward, lol.

Yepp . . 101.

I feel ya! I bought the huge costco box of pads for mine. Funny thing is, she probably won't be here for 3 or 4 months. LOL
