@asaeljethro End of November sounds realistic to me, even with an RFE... as long as we start seeing movement around here soon, of course :mellow:

 

@lon552 So right! Watching paint dry, looking to a pot of water waiting for it to boil... you choose the metaphor, it sure fits. But I don't think the new form should affect processing until they get to May petitions, maybe, since the old one was good until June, and considering the time it takes to get everything ready, I don't imagine people switching to the new form voluntarily without it being really necessary :P

 

@KeriAn Maybe the second NOA1 has indeed something to do with your request about K2, good thinking. And I just noticed your signature, lol. Honestly, I don't feel my NOA2 coming, but keep the positive thinking :)

OMG I just got a notification on my app, we got our NOA2 just now!! It's nearly midnight and I was actually going to sleep but wanted to check something on my iPad and it popped up. So so happy.

Always glad to give hope away :) One of those things that I personally find easier to give to others than have it myself.

But, again, November (specially end of the month) sounds plausible to me, as of today and average processing considered, although I guess things can vary a bit by country. Maybe ask me in a month and we'll see what's my answer :P

Oh I hope not end of November 😔. I was praying for October (ideally for me) actually so we can at least spend our birthday together on the 13th and 20th of November. So good luck to all of us. I really hope there will be NOA2 for all of us soon!

Ikr! Id rather bury myself in work, Im already fighting with time, I don't neeed or want extra(while in this process). Trust me Im already insane! Lol.

Yeah they updated the forms..I ran a search on IOS and a couple applications were rejected because ppl submitted the wrong form.

I'm aiming for October too, and it could be possible if things don't get delayed. But no guarantees with this process, specially at the current rate approvals are arriving lately :huh:

There's far more than just a couple for the whole month, indeed. But that's a common thing that happens all the time, before they issued a new form as well as afterwards. I guess people use out of date websites to download the form instead of going straight to the USCIS website...

April hasn't started to get NOA2 yet, unfortunately, so still a while until our people from Manila get to the interview stage.

Look for the Manila portal on VJ or try with older months, like December, January and February. Sure you'll find first hand info there.
