Tier 2 officers usually have a queue.   So you'll call and ask the customer service rep to be transferred to a Tier 2 officer.   They'll transfer you and it gives you a recording that makes you put in your number for a call back and usually the callbacks are anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours.  I suggested calling earlier around 11am because sometimes if the queue is full and they don't think they'll get to your call, they'll just tell you to call back and that they're not taking anymore calls for tier 2 that day.

You can always try though- it's worth a shot!

To add to that, it's Friday. Fridays and Mondays are the worst days for calling because they're always the busiest. Tuesdays and Thursdays seem to be the best days to call but I doubt I would wait until then. I'd brave the Friday traffic.

No problem at all.. I was FLIPPING out last night , because he messaged me like " got our noa" ...and then fell asleep!!!!.... I called him over 20 times on fb,whats app,and skype, and it went in vain.. I woke up excited, and when he sent me that im like...really csc, what the heck is this? Had some serious heart palpitations over nothing:crying:

wow at the fell asleep part. I would have been excited too. thats weird how you guys got a double notice.

I do read on her everyday, or almost everyday but dont really post. I noticed that theres a lot of users on here that are the beneficiary, and they seem to know more than their petitioner.

Ugh I wish they would provide more information. They're making this waiting game crazier. Sorry to hear that tho.

Yep probably just call them back and ask more detailed info about it. They should starting sending noa2's to April filers lol

So I was looking back at last years timelines...strangly enough , it seems on average time of wait for the NOA2 was about 2 months. Since January, it has gone from 2 months average, now to almost 4 months!! Now I am no math matecian but 4 is greater then 2!! I am not going to speculate things, but...is it to much of a coincidence, that since President Trump took office, everything took a nose dive and went in slow motion??? Just speaking out loud peeps...to me, something smells very fishy here...

Hi, did you ask the direct question which would be "why did we get TWO NOA1's with different Notice dates over 2 months apart?"

Oh yah! Oh much better ask for a supervisor lol.

But it's kinda odd to receive two noa1 with different months. Just makes you feeeeel more clueless

I just wish they would start sending out noa2. If USCIS ask for volunteers to help them with noa2 I would love to! HAHAHAHAHHA

He might implanted more tougher Background check to avoid terrorism in the country.

I saw online that there is a terrorist attack  somewhere in San Bernardino, CA it was a girl who pretend to be a k1 filer. Idk which country but it's connected to Part of Iraq. I this was 2013 so he just opened the issue again even if its done.

we will get our soon. maybe starting Monday onward ;)
