OMG I just got a notification on my app, we got our NOA2 just now!! It's nearly midnight and I was actually going to sleep but wanted to check something on my iPad and it popped up. So so happy.

Well done to all those new NOA-2's and visa approvals. 

 

@CopperChem @Ian&Leia  I like yourself is still waiting for a response to our NOA-1.

Our Case was received on 20th April, and we're at the 160 day mark today. Hope we all hear good news soon.

Hello everyone I took my medical earlier than Friday because I’ll be busy at work. 

So I went to SLEC (St Lukes Extension Clinic) around 4 am. My medical was all done 9:30ish in the morning I waited two and half hours and all the people who are with me went home already and were asked to come back. I was crying to my fiancé because I thought that was for Sputum (me waiting) but then my name was called for immunization. 3 shots. After that they ask me to go to releasing and then I went hom. Successful! Thank God!

Thank you @Salty2305, We filed the congressional inquiry late last week and followed up yesterday, they're yet to touch it as they're waiting on the consent form which is in transit in the post. Once they have it they'll try to help, hopefully it'll arrive today at their office. :)

Hi @dee-ar

Your fiance requires the i-134 documents for the interview to show evidence of not becoming a public charge to the US gov. 
It would be wise to send these to her ahead of the interview through expedited means to ensure they arrive before her interview.

I don't know if there's any specific countries or airlines that doesn't allow you to do that, but it would be a very rare occurrence. You can buy whatever kind of ticket is best for you on price, and sure enough one way tickets are ideal for K1's, since you are not coming back to your country since your visas has immigrant purpose.
