Congratulations!!!  What a great feeling isn't it!  Now we have to cheer on those still waiting.

Absolutely! After excitement, that was my first thought - about the people who still haven't been approved. I am absolutely cheering everyone on even harder now than I was.

Met on 15th of October, 2014 - started dating soon after

Became separated by the Atlantic Ocean on the 11th of July, 2015

Lots of Skype, visits, and love later...

Hi. I've never posted here but I read this page often. I'm in Colorado and she is in China. We got our NOA1 April 24th, we're on day 154 with no NOA2. I haven't been proactive about making phone calls or calling congressmen and stuff, I assumed I just needed to be patient, but now I'm concerned that we've heard nothing and so many people are getting approved.  Do you think it really helps?

Are we the only ones this far with no RFE no NOA2?

Guys!! Today we received the invitation letter from the NVC saying that we can finally schedule our appointment!

I know Big news!:jest:

But once again Im having so much trouble with our particular consular webpage, they do not have the K1 listed as an option, maybe a Mexican fellow can chime in?

Please please I need help desperately

So..Days 154 And climbing. Drank a 12 pack of the good ole October Fest Beer over the weekend..with the NFL being stupid, there went my relaxing and trying not to think about the total day count.. So..last week I called and the Tier 2 guy said that they would put in a request to see what my case was up to.. This was on Wednesday. On Friday I looked, it said it was complete.. So I called today to find out what the status was..and NOT to my surprise, they said that my case was still in the allowed processing time and that we should know our case answer with in ( get this..) 45 DAYS!!!  It took all my bitting of my toungue not to tell at the person.. So..as I said at the begining, 154 Days and counting.. It's just seems to amaze me how cases All around me ( case number look up) are being processed, but ours..NOTHING.. BUT hey, other than that...my Steelers lost to the Bears....thank you God for October Fest Beer... :-)

so 154 plus 45 = 199 Days. Surprised he did not round it up to an even 200 that sounds reasonable right? :bonk:

You have rattled their cage lets hope you get the approval THIS WEEK!

WE'RE NOA2 APPROVED!!!!!

I was getting my shoes on to go to work and I saw a notification pop up on my phone telling me I had an email. I casually looked at it and then saw it was from USCIS. I freaked out and tried to open it right away but my phone was taking forever to load it up. I was just praying it wasn't an RFE and was trying to keep myself from assuming it was an approval. Then, while the email was still trying to open up, a notification from the app popped up at the top of my screen.

'Case Was Approved'

I screamed, shoes literally went flying, and I ran to my computer to get on Skype. We had just finished talking so his face looked confused but then I told him, barely able to believe what I was saying. I remember I kept saying "I can't believe this is real".

I'm just so excited. It's been 150 days on the dot. Thanks to everyone for the support! This is such an unbelievable support system. Now comes the really exciting part!

What an excellent Monday for sure.

Your timeline says you're case is at Texas Service Center?

If there is a way for you to correct it to California that would help Igor's list a lot.

Get going on that DS-160

Congrats.

Mike, read through there timeline, it was 164 days until interview visa approved. They were one of the very fast cases. So jealous of that at the moment. I don't think I will get the NOA2 until 165-170 right now.

lets see hope indeed 165-170 same here. Our 165 is at the end of this week fingers crossed

no, there are probably a bunch of ppl at with the same situation. On our received day still 68 cases to be processed. Calling will not help to speed up but will help to clarify (for you to understand) at what stage the process is.
