This is actually an easy fix.

Contact the Clerk of Courts at the respective court and request a Certified Judgement Entry for the case.  The fee is usually x amount per page.

is the disposition what we need to submit?we got confused!also he went to court and got certified disposition of case and found out that he had been charged for smoking marijuana when he was 16(he forgot about it,so we didn't show that on petition) Would it be a problem if we submit that information with RFE now???cant find any answers, maybe u know((((

Wow, this is a good question to post on the main page and get some seasoned vets to weigh in on it.

If I was to answer it, I would say to send it in with a cover letter that explains that it was long forgotten but reminded of the incident when you were getting RFE evidence and explain that now you are reminded of the incident, you want to make full disclosure.

This is understandable, to me it is.  I can't remember what I did at age 16.

Good luck and speedy progress! :D

Has anyone tried requesting the case # via email ?

Didn't work for me because I sent it before the case was there.  I bet it would work if your case was there.  Took 2 days to respond to me.

I confess some of my posts need some reading between the lines.  the word AVERAGE was in quotation marks :D

VJ statistics page shows average time of NVC to Embassy as 16 days.  Up from 5 back in March......

If you me and most of us are getting 2 and 3 days, then that 16 day average has to come from somewhere, and the way that particular embassy is, well.... it would appear that they are one of the reasons the average is so much higher.  Seems odd how it varies between embassies

Duh me, you are right, I should have paid more attention when reading :P

I just got that mental image of the case crossing seas and mountains in an arduous trip across the world, because... 16 days!

Don't mind me

LOL  Never 'Duh you'!  Not much gets by you.

BTW, March filer updated a timeline 12hrs ago to reflect denied.  Wow, that is sobering.  I'm in utter shock right now.  He even went to be with her at the interview.  I don't know what happened, but that is just devastating.

I'm sure others around here are interested to know, since it was Vietnam... Maybe they can get a second interview *wishful thinking*

Yep, Interesting to know because of the community and the common interests we all have.  Usually it is a 221G, and not an outright denial. sheez!

Next week I'm flying to interview with Ann.  When you see someone that you assumed was a 'shoe in' or a 'slam dunk' for an approval have difficulties, it really shakes your confidence.

I wonder if they were already married.  If you look at their profile, there were some pictures that look to be a marriage ceremony.

Wow. That really is sobering. I should probably be taking this more seriously -_-. I've never even considered what we would do as a couple if we got denied. He cant live here because hes enlisted atm.

I really hope they can get a good resolution to their story.

Tell me about it. It's getting crazier by the day. I don't know if the waiting was back to zero or I'm still hung up on the noa2 waiting fiasco. LOL
