Ok guys Elephant in the room.

Did the format of this page change for you guys too?

The like button is now a Heart instead of an arrow along with some other minor visual changes.

Guess VJ webmaster was busy the last few days changing the lay out of the site.

No visa required as you'll be in-transit to the US :)

You'll clear US Customs inside the Toronto airport. Its a big airport so plan enough time between connections!

Goodluck!!

As @kat.cap13 has said, apart from being in transit, Toronto is actually going to be your POE for the K1.

Here's the reviews on the POE section of VJ ^_^

EDIT: Lol, never mind, I've just seen you already took a look to it... and, yes, somehow it doesn't look like an easy one, though I think someone from March went through it recently and it was fine

Really? I'll be using that POE. Its a big airport so lots of disorganization!

Last month when I was traveling to the US there was a special line for individuals/ families with visas at US Customs, so it seemed to be moving more smoothly. But secondary is always a possibility - so if you plan time between connections you'll be fine :)

Debating POE being Dublin, Charlotte, Raleigh, Toronto, Boston or JFK at the moment! Good job I have a little bit of time to do some research whilst I wait with NVC :)

The flight I'm looking at only has a 2hour 20 minute wait and I would have to re-check my luggage so not sure it will work. I'll have my 6 year old with me as well so just trying to see what the best option is. Thanks for your advice. :)

Most airlines will check your bags to your final destination (double check with your potential airline). All you'll need to do is connect through US security/ customs and IF there is an issue with the bags, the US officer will let you know. Makes life much easier :)
