Hopefully next week we'll see movement around here.

Day 95 from NOA1 for us.  Looking forward to getting movement on this.  Can't wait to be with my love permanently.

Mine still shows July 12th thru 18th.  Hasn't been pushed back a day.  Yes, the holiday, while wonderful, did affect the speed and number of files they have worked this week.  Looking for things to start moving now though.

It seemed the average time being taken was about 93-96 days, what's going on! I'm getting so anxious. Idk if it's because I know that our background check started weeks ago or what, but ughhhh!!!!

I called the number on my noa1 letter. I check my case status online and it's right there so I just click it and it calls. I then press 1, 2, enter case number, 1, then 3.

Just got off from the fone talking to my love😊 Now I can rest after a tiring day . I live in the city of Manila itself. Where in Makati does she live? We stayed at a condominium in Makati for 10 days when my love is here 😊

What's the difference between receive and noa1 date as we seem to use noa1 date on here, but uscis is using receive date

That is an excellent question.  I have always thought that it went by the Notice Date, which is the NOA1 date.  Which is what VJ uses in the determining of estimate, I think, but I do not know for sure.  Maybe someone else knows.

She lives near the Manila South Cemetery.  When I was there, we stayed at The Beacon by Makati Cinema Square.  Not sure where we will stay when I go the next time, hoping it will be soon.

I just did a look at our Timeline and clicked the 'Help finding your NOA date'.

This is my first post, quite possibly my first post in any forum. Our NOA1 date was 4/4 and we have been impatiently waiting. It has been helpful to know that there are others out there experiencing the excruciating pain of waiting for a shared life to start. For now, we wait impatiently to be able to breath again, thank you for this forum.

According to the VJ timeline is 105 days right now  I've seen some people get approved in less than 90, but also a lot over the hundred, so I tend to think it's something in between 95-110... Well, I don't even know, this can be so random! I just try to keep my hopes on hold so I don't get disappointed

But hey, maybe they will be approving yours any day now or even already did it, considering they knew you wanted to expedite... Wishful thinking, maybe, but who knows. Hang in there!

 

Regarding dates for NOA1, @Keith & Monica already did a good research on that, lol. I've always though Notice Date was when they actually processed the case first time, and Received Date... well, that's self explanatory  VJ Timeline goes by Notice Date for some reason, and I think that's why we refer to that date as NOA1 date... Received Date seems to be more useful in terms of knowing how far they have been working on cases and also I've read is the one you have to use as a reference to know if you are within normal processing times or not, based on USCIS website. 

Like if you have a received date March 10, but your Notice date is March 16, if they update it to say they are working March 15, then you go by received date and can start an inquiry.

Hope you can breath easily soon. Glad to see one of those early April fillers I can keep an eye on to see if things are moving. Looking forward to your NOA2
