I never got an email from NVC.......... ever        Some people report getting an email from them.  Dunno why

2 ways you can go about it.  Relax and let it get mailed to you and then you will have it and by that time, it will be enroute to your embassy.   Other way is to call NVC and ask for it.   Until you do an AOS, you are finished with the case tracker.

From now on, until Visa Issued, this is the tracker to use:

https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=o/iS8zDpeAKjMWCuebHqOw==

Remember to check under Immigrant :)

But yep, you need the NVC# to check, so probably the easiest thing to do is calling them.

Thank you!! So there's no separate London number? Sorry last question..can I book the medical before I scheduled the interview date? Or before the embassy have received my case?

When you call the NVC, they will give you your new case number. That is your London number and there is no separate one :D

You can book the medical with your new case number from the NVC. You'll actually want to book the medical before the interview anyway so that you can leave some time in-between to make sure your results get to the embassy in time. No need to wait until the embassy receives your case to do this. Once you have your number you can go ahead. :jest:

Yay on having booked the medical :jest:

I'm pretty sure it has to show as 'Ready', since you are not supposed to start with the first steps until the case is at the Embassy, and you need to send them the form of readiness before scheduling, so they could go and check and see your case is not ready.

Over 180 days is just wow, but I'm a bad way :mellow:

Have you tried to contact your senator or congressperson, or even see if a Tier 2 would be willing to start an inquiry for you? Some people like @Kevin Crawford did that, if I'm not mistaken and mixing names and info, and he just got the NOA2 yesterday.

Yes I have exhausted every resource available. The congressman got a response stating what I been hearing for months "it's with an officer processing" The ombudsman office which does case assistance has not assigned my case to anyone for 3 weeks now. Also, service request, daily tier 2 calls, and emails to CSS have been unsuccessful.

Oh My! I have been rooting for you guys. Congratulations and what a relief. :dancing:We have been in "Administrative Processing" going on 24 days now and we hope that it will move very soon to the consulate. Your news gives us hope. Thank you and good luck with the interview!

Thank you so much, unfortunately the earliest interview they have available is 11/21. A contact from my congressman's office and my senator's as well are trying to get the date moved up. Either way, it is good to have a date, something concrete to look to rather than a nebulous "soon."

Thank you again and hoping others get their cases moving forward, have a great day.
