For the record, I mailed our RFE "book" response on 9/9/2017 to the post office overnight express.

We received an email and website update on 9/11/2017 that it was received

We just got a text response today 9/20/2017 that the NOA2 was approved.

Get that DS-160 going if you haven't already.

What did you other half say when they found out?

Luckily im not getting the tube at all. Driving to my local train station, then train to another station, switch trains and then down to Euston (3hours). Should be a 25min walk from there :). The whole journey is ~4.5 hours. For a 45 min exam! and then 4.5 hours back again. Not to mention the 2 hours each end I've had to leave for delays etc.
But yes, I saw Oxford street is close by so i'll spend my time there shopping haha! Tomorrow is going to be a long day! .. and an expensive one.

Good luck tomorrow! I hope all goes well. If you decide to get the tube it's really easy from Euston. You can just get the Northern line (southbound but make sure it's the one going via Charing Cross, it will say on the screen at the platform ) then change for the Piccadilly line at Leicester Square (westbound) and it will take you to Knightsbridge. You can pay for the tubes by tapping your contactless card so you don't need to buy any tickets. Just in case the weather is horrible and you don't feel like walking. The area around Knightsbridge is really nice and have a lot of amazing shops and cafes.

Hey Keith & Monica, I guess you still haven't received your MNL# / case number from NVC? Neither have we. Though I didn't call today or yesterday. Maybe I'll call again on Friday. Have you been calling ?

 

Why are they being so difficult with us? We both got delayed RFE's, and now they're taking a while getting to NVC. I hope our RFE's didn't target us for further review or something.

I have been calling, but it is just not time yet.  I saw someone that had a NOA2 date of 9/5 got there's today or last night.  I did try this morning and will try again later tonight.  Looking forward to getting it to move onto the next step.

That's my NOA2 date. You mean you saw someone here get theirs, or are you looking at a tracker thingy?

Pretty sure it was on here.  I do not have any kind of tracker.

In any case, I just called, they picked up immediately, mine was received yesterday and she gave me an Invoice ID # and Case #. She said next step is they will send to Manila, they don't do any processing there at NVC (New Hampshire). And she said I can call any time to track it.

 

Cool. I think yours is coming tomorrow

Omg I cant thank you enough for bringing them to my attention @Estibaliz ,and please by all means ,break a leg tomorrow,not literally tho...I presume like all of us the universe has vouched for you so your interview should last about 5-10 mins with an approval lol. Please tell Gary I said he has it locked for life Im so eager to hear about your interview tomorrow
