I copied this to my own Visa Notes from another VJ member:

  • The DS 3025 is the form the people at Knightsbridge hand back to you once your medical is completed. It is imperative for your AOS that you get BOTH pages back from them before you leave. The added a second page that has a statement that basically says you got your immunizations needed for immigration.
  •  If you don't get this back there is a possibility that you will have a headache when filing for AOS later on. The DS 3025 can be used in place of the I 693 as long as you file for AOS within 1 year of your medical (which most of us do), but a lot of UK filers have had issues with RFE's for their DS 3025 from Knightsbridge without that second page. (some have still had it even with the second page... it seems to depend on the adjudicator you get)

Yes. That is the worksheet I mentioned. The receptionist does give it back to you and both pages are attached. You can get an RFE if it is marked incomplete.

Thank you! You're very helpful here.

So you guys haven't been paying anything at the time of nvc except for visa fee? When should it be paid then? Are we supposed to wait till the case is in transit or even ready at the embassy?

pay when you will see READY on ceac website.

Thanks you two for the useful and detailed information on the DS3025. I didn't get the form during my medical because I was pending the blood test to prove I'm immune to varicella, so I'll be picking it tomorrow along the medical results, and it's good to know what's supposed to be there :)

You're welcome. If anyone has any other questions regarding the medical being valid for AOS, Nich-Nick has a very good post seen here:

@KeriAn I was just lurking around the March forum ^_^ and saw two Trinis there that are interviewing in October. I thought you might be interested to know, in case you need some help with the process from someone that has already gone through it, or is currently doing so... and also in case you didn't notice, though maybe you already knew. They are NicoAndNelle and Shinelley :)

Thanks for the update @JessnTrev. So glad it went well for you. One step closer wohoo :jest:.

I'm honestly more worried about the travelling to get to London. But im sure it will be fine. I have a few hours to kill both before and after my medical because of my train ticket times. I didn't really want to be 'hanging around' on my own given recent events but im sure i'll find something to do nearby for a while.

I'll keep you updated! Thanks for the good luck :star:

Not a problem. Aw thank you :)

Yeah I can agree, the tubes make me the most nervous. I'm constantly on the look out and I always feel like i'm trapped on them.. lol.

Your quite lucky then because your like a minute walk away from forever 21.. and like loads of big chain clothes stores! eek! I couldn't resist haha.

Let me know how it goes tomorrow! :)
