Congrats but what app are you using to receive an updates,?I'm using iphone too, some says apps are available only on andriod. Thank you

I am using Case Tracker for iphone, make sure that in settings you go to notifications then turn on everything for Case Tracker - there are a few choices there - I had everything on. But the issue is that USCIS does not update the main tracker for everybody so it's a lottery anyway. Make sure that you sign up for an account with them - have no idea if it influences anything but we had one...( on their main webiste where the tracker is)

ROC:  Received Jan 25 2021    NOA 1: February 25 2021 (LIN/Nebraska).    BIOMETRICS: April 30  2021
APPROVED: June 23 2021     CARD DELIVERED:   June 30 2021

AOS:          Received Date:  April 2      NOA 1:  April 5 2018
Biometrics:  April 27  Fingerprint Review Was Completed:  April 30
Case Ready to be scheduled: May 3
( that update only showed up in August! after being notified about EAD&AP )
EAD&AP  We approved your case:  August 8   /  In the mailbox:  August 16 2018
Interview   -    March 14 2019    (
Notice Date:  February 1)  -   Approved!

Hey friends,

My case arrived at the NVC on Thursday- and then I got my case number on Friday. I'm checking the case, and it says it is still "At NVC"

Is it possible there's a technical glitch and they actually did send our case, but the website isn't showing that?

Or is this the normal amount of time to wait for the case to say "Ready"...

Thanks

it is normal, do not worry

... i can tell about our - it took one week from getting a nvc #  to "Ready" status , from 5th to 11th September,

(from 8th September to 11th - has been  "In Transit" ) on 15th September my fiance got email from the embassy,

it may take 1- 2 days of difference for beneficiary's country, i guess

As our Russian friend Tatiana said, pretty normal. Our case was created a Thursday too, and the status changed to "In Transit" at some point of Tuesday evening (I was sleeping :P).

Sometimes it takes a week, and still normal. So start planning for the next steps while waiting, everything will be fine :)

So,  slight bummer.

I have to stall on my interview a bit.

Trent has to switch apartments and itll be too costly to buy out of his lease which is ending all the way in March 2018. So since the visa only lasts for 6 months, and it's embassy scheduled I have to leave a lil wiggle room so I wont be traveling like the day before it expires :girlwerewolf2xn:

So last night, I get this email.  It says my file has been reviewed.  My question is the noticeable missing from this list is the I.134, and Continuing Relationship Evidence.   Is this list standard? Or is my heavily front loaded I.129f paying off?

Any Ph filers see any difference in this email compared to yours?  I also noticed the font is different in the list part than the rest of the e-mail font, like a blank was typed on with what they needed.......

Callers in the U.S should call (703) 520-2235, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

Dear XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX:

REF CASE: MNL201773XXXX

Congratulations on your upcoming immigrant visa interview.  Your file is now with the U.S. Embassy in Manila and we have had a chance to review it.  Based on our review, you need to bring the following documents with you to your interview:

FROM APPLICANT(S)

- Application Fee

- Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) for XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

- Certificate of No Record of Marriage (CENOMAR) issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) within the past 12 months for XXXXXXXXXXX

- Medical examination results for XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

CLEARANCES

- National Bureau of Investigations (NBI) Clearance issued within the past 12 months for  XXXXXXXXXXXXX

Please remember to bring with you:

- Bring a valid passport and all expired passports for each applicant.

- Bring a confirmation page from your DS-260 online application for each visa applicant.

- If you have lived in a country other than the Philippines or the United States for more than 12 months, please submit a police clearance from that country.  For more information please go to: http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/fees/reciprocity-by-country.html, search for the country you lived in before, and look at the information provided in the "police records" section.

- All applicants must register their delivery address online.  We are unable to deliver your passport and visa if you fail to register a delivery address. To register online, click on the “Select Document Delivery Address” link under the Immigrant Visas section of our website (http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/) .  Once there, click on the first link under the “More Actions”  to register a delivery address for the first time, or to change an existing delivery address. We hope this email helps you prepare for your interview.  If you are unable to obtain all of the requested documents, you may still attend your interview at the U.S. Embassy. However, if you do not bring these documents to your interview, it will delay the issuance of your visa.

Sincerely,
