We did read the email section of that to the doctors so i'm pretty sure It's the correct form I have, but to double check it lists 3 of my last consultations, vaccines I've had, any allergies, any problems in the past.. i'm sure it's the same thing. Also tells me my weight, height etc, just nervous it wasn't correct

I'm sure you'll be fine. I've not had mine yet but I think they just want to make sure you don't have anything serious going on. I read in a different forum about someone that didn't even have a GP and had nothing in their medical history and they got approved.

I do not think (and do not recommend) your fiancé can do the police certificate (and the medical) before you are provided with the NVC case number (and before the  "Ready" status at the NVC tracker).

I also think to get the police certificate they provider request the NVC letter which you will get after the case is ready.  Also, the dare of the certificate may be relevant when presented to the embassy during the interview.

My suggestion is to wait until it is on a "ready" status.  Good Luck !

Thank you for your suggestion. No need to hurry. How long will it take to get from police? Do i have to get from my bank total deposit from past year or bank statement is enough?

Hello everyone.

Starting the thread for April 2017 filers on K1 Visa, just because I'm too impatient (yep, bad thing here :P) to wait for someone else to do so.

We sent our package 30th March and it's expected to arrive to the PO Box today, 1st April, so I consider us to be April filers, since our case will be touched by USCIS first time in the current month.

Hoping the NOA1 doesn't take too long to have our receipt number, and that we can get the NOA2 by July the latest, seeing how things are moving right now... though I've noticed there's a substantial amount of January filers, which I guess it could affect our wait and timeline.

Crossing fingers and wishing good luck to everyone.

Did you get your noa2?

Is April really only at 50 percent approved or is the igors list thing stats not updating? Im impressed USCIS actually looks likes its trying to finish April before moving onto May and leaving a ton of applications in the dust.

Yep, I did :) I was a lucky one getting the NOA2 in 'only' 4 months. Ironic how now 4 months is being lucky...

Actually I have the interview next Thursday :o

I think I already said it, but just in case, congrats on getting yours too! :jest:

No RFE so far, but never been able to get to a Tier 2 - always get deflected at the Tier 1 with the "February case" thing. Calling again today.

We to are at 145 Days and counting.. My fiance is getting very frustrated. It's definitely taking a burden on us.. But like i try to explain to her, Their is no need to get angry or argue about, this will not get our NOA2 any quicker.. I believe this will be the week for April 20- 26th filers ( the one's not completed already that is ) if not, then i will try the Senator way..See if he can get an answer...

my personal opinion , Ever since we got a new president, California, has been playing games with the new president. i know last year the process took NO LONGER than 60 days.. Now since January 1st it has tripled, coincidence? i think not... i am sure i will catch flap on here for saying this, but look at last yeas cases compared to now...Then if you can give me another possibility of the dramatic time increase, i may believe you...

Good morning, guys,

Sorry I'm freaking out because right now I have a good internet connection- but every time I go to try to fill out the DS160 it times me out after the first page!!

I'm worried that Monday my case will say "Ready" and the webpage still won't have let me fill out the application!

Hey relax! 😊You are only going to be needing the ds160 for the interview and nothing else. So even if you get the case status ready for nvc, you won't need ds160 unless you are planning to schedule interview in a week so that makes you still have 7 days to finish. I suggest you go to a place where internet connection is good. And good luck it's a lot to fill up actually 😊

You bring up an interesting point that I believe the US State Dept needs to crack down on these quacks.  The purpose of the medical is to identify COMMUNICABLE diseases.  Granted, something like TB or an STD or CRE for example should be identified.  The rest of these AILMENTS are pure bull c rap and I suspect the 'consults' are tied with kick  backs in some manner.  A case of hypertension that was spread person to person has yet to occur, and I surmise it will never happen.

Likewise, I've seen consults for hearing, and the strangest is Goosebumps.

I don't disagree. I still don't know what we're going to do. He has no symptoms of hypertension and it should've been obvious he was under stress, but nope medical on hold. Has anyone heard of a 221g or something like that?

Anyone who has been to knightsbridge doctors for medical in London, it asks on the email once booked to bring along summery of medical history but not full medical records.. so i'm confused on what to bring regarding this.. I have got from the doctors lists of vaccines i've had so that's not a problem and i've also asked for a medical history which they printed off for me, I just don't know if i'm taking the correct thing, does anyone know?

Jonathan just took his shot history. That from the us and the uk.

THIS, LOL

But jokes aside, couldn't agree more with that. Actually, I also had the blood pressure a bit high for my medical. The doctor said he wasn't going to reflect that on the report, because he said it was probably white coat hypertension and also caused from all the stress of the travelling and the process. He still recommended me to keep an eye on that, just in case, but that was it.

London doctor wasn't that knowledgeable or caring apparently.

Did he not bring his medical history at all? Only reason I'm asking is because my GP is being a pain in the a... getting back to me after I asked about my patient care history and I know Knightsbridge says they require this but also read other people saying it's not a big deal..
