I've actually already had my certificates translated into a GPA, this was back when I was considering trying for a study visa so hopefully that should suffice when I eventually decide to go to college! :)

The only thing I'm majorly worried about is the custody agreement I have with my son's Dad is signed by both of us and he is fine with the move but it doesn't have witness signatures and hasn't been notarised.

Don't forget the police report!

Our Journey:
04/19/2014- Met online
10/2014- Visited Nigeria and he proposed!!!!
02/28/2015- Sent I-129F petition
03/05/2015- NOA1
09/2015- Visited Nigeria again!!!
10/28/2015- NOA2 (237 day wait at TSC)
11/13/2015- Sent to NVC
11/27/2015- Arrived at Embassy
06/2016- Third visit to Nigeria!
06/15/2016- Interview, given option to file I-601 waiver.
08/16/2016- Waiver submitted (no lawyer).
11/21/2016- Waiver approved with expedite.
01/2017- Embassy requested interview.
04/2017- Fourth visit to Nigeria.  K1 officially denied.
04/25/2017- NOA1 for 2nd K1.
07/27/2017- Case transferred to TSC.
11/17/2017- Case transferred back to CSC.
01/16/2018- NOA2!! (266 day wait)
03/08/2018- Interview (AP)
05/03/2018- VISA APPROVAL!!!
05/14/2018- Visa issued
05/18/2018- Visa picked up

Hmmm  that's interesting that both are not working. I'm sure you tried closing and reopening your browser. i used Chrome when I did it, but i don't think that matters whether you use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.

Hey! Yeah!

The DS160 form isn't loading either...I want to "Start a new Application" and it's not letting me...

I tried going to the CEAC tracker about a minute ago to see what it says now that my fiancee has her interview scheduled (curious to see if it changes from "Ready" to something else), and I can't get it to load either. DS160 app is on the CEAC website as well isn't it? If so, they must be experiencing difficulties for whatever reason.

BTW, it's Gary's birthday today. Happy birthday to him, that will never read this :P

He's coming October 8th. I might try and have him say hi here, lol.

I'm going to say have a great weekend you all already. Those of you still waiting for the approval can still get good news tomorrow, and for the ones that are further in the process, just take a deep breath and relax for a while. Sometimes it's necessary :)

Happy birthday :dancing:

Aww, I can't believe I forgot it was your birthday yesterday, after how we joked about it the other day :( Proves it's been a hectic week, and still not over

But don't feel discouraged yet. Not sure what's happening with the notifications for approvals right now, but maybe there's still a chance not all of them are showing on the tracker again. And the birthday good wishes could also get you a NOA2 next week. Here go mine for what they might worth :)
