Which is funny because I called on the 7th and talked to a Tier 1 agent and they said it was still received as well. (Just like the webpage said.)  I guess it goes to show that Tier 1 really is just reading the webpage like us.

Faye and I had to take a break until we knew what was going on with the RFE or our frustration would have vented on here lol...apologies..

Glad to see it was an easy fix. Hopefully now they will approve you in a few days and the frustration will be over and there will only remain the excitament of things moving on

Fourteen days at NVC thus far.  Called today and the gentleman placed me on hold.  When he return he explained that our case is in 'Administrative Processing' and he has no timeline for when it will be sent out.  He said we receive a letter when it is sent out or he said to keep calling back to check.  He was very nice. Hoping our case moves to "In Transit" soon.

So good you just saw each other a few days ago. Perfect timing! Hope it woks out well and you get your NOA2 soon.

Maybe let your lawyer know that you are going ahead with the response to the RFE, in case that can cause any kind of trouble with the contract... This process can be pretty much done without a lawyer or attorney, but there's cases where they might be helpful, so see what works better for you and go ahead.

Hey everyone, my fiancee is on his way right now to Brisbane. He made it to Sydney so he's now on his last Trainlink train and will get there around 5am. I got to speak to him a few times today, and since we talk all the time non-stop, it's just so weird not really talking because of the bad reception. But on the bright side, today he will get there and tomorrow he will have his medical. Yay!!! I seriously can't wait to get this out of the way. He's feeling good and confident about the medical, and I am as well... such lovely people he spoke with on the phone. I think I'm just about obsessed at this point of the process, is this normal? LOL
In the meantime, I am trying to keep my mind off everything as much as possible because the overstimuation is making me too excited and antcy... (ADHD doesn't help.) so I've been trying to stay busy with course work in both my marketing and social science classes. Don´t worry, the medical won't be a problem... though I understand your concerns and anxiety, specially regarding all the travelling, since it was exactly the same for me yesterday

Quick update that may or may not help people: Today I received my letter from the US Embassy In London. It is dated 9/9 (friday) THE DAY the tracker changed from 'in transit' to 'ready'. These cases must be being sent through email. There is just no way something can be mailed in one single day (between transit and ready).

The embassy send you the full copy of I-129F complete with approval stamp and officers workings (check marks etc). There is also a cover letter with LND number and instructions on what to do next. This letter is ideal to take to the medical as proof of LND number etc.

Yep! His health is pretty amazing from what I know, and he tells me everything, so that gives me more confidence. Thank you!!!

It seems most people get through with no issues and lucky for us we have Australia which is a pretty easy medical from everything I've been reading.

Thank you! I think deep inside I know it won't be a problem, but my brain is looking for things to stew on, and all the potential complications. I just have a candle lit right now and it's soothing me. It feels good. I know by the end of this, it's gonna be worth it. Where there's pain, there's a gain. (in this case, it's sooo true.)

How did your medical go yesterday? Did you find out the results right after?

thank u soo much estibaliz im gonna shout the lazy lawyer we have we already decided to send it without waiting for him cuz he forgot to send some pictures my fiancė mailed  him so our evidence are ready to go the only reason we hired him cuz my fiacė is supper busy not always around thats why but anyway what happen happen we nust have to fix it

No, you don't need to wait. Make a copy of everything, including the letter and rfe and bind it together (we used a 2 hole punch at the top because we sent like 30 pages). Also, make sure to write a summary letter explaining each document you sent and circle dates/etc. We just went through the same thing and this is what our attorney had us do. Good luck!!

As the beneficiary for my case, the only thing I have to fear for the medical is the needles

Well, the doctor performing the general examination said everything was great, and same with the X-rays, but I'll get the results for the blood and urine tests next week... though it's going to be ok, because I don't have what they are looking for (STD's). The only concern is my varicella test, because the nurse said sometimes you can still not be immune to it even if you had the disease when a kid, but I think that has to be like a one in a million chance and, worse case scenario, I'll get the vaccine right then and there and ask them to update my DS3025

Lol, same here. Actually the nurse said "let's do the paperwork regarding the vaccines first", and I told her "I rather have the blood draw first thing, because I don't like it, so then I can finally relax"

Then go ahead with it. Worst case scenario he says then you are on your own, but that shouldn't be an issue

I also think @spike198's advice is great, so put all your evidence together and to the mail with it

Yeah, I feel you there. I'm not a fan of needles myself. My fiancee practically nearly faints even at the mention of a needle, so I know if he has to have any of that done, he won't like that very much.

But I'm sure you'll be fine. It's always more scary when we think about it, and then as soon as they're about ready to do it and you look away, it's done before you know it. I never look. I'm too scared at the site of my own blood.
