In a little bit over 24 hours I'll be doing my medical, and I have to say I'm a bit anxious about it. Not about the medical itself, but about the trip there and making it in time  Oh well...

 so, share then, please,  how passed the medical examination) ... the  rules are different everywhere, but the medical examination itself is almost the same...    Enjoy the trip !

Hello. It's my own question that I come up but I would love to share it.

 

1. Has the case been touched already? 

2. If yes, is there an officer assigned to it? 

3. Is the background check done? For both petitioner and beneficiary 

4. Is the name check done? 

5.When can we expect an update from our case? 

 

Those are the questions that we submitted to them. And we got an answer that an officer was assigned and we should get a response on the mail soon. (Didn't state if it's approval or RFE) They respond Aug 29. 

 

We got approved 2nd sep 

Our Case status updated sep 5

Hi good day everyone! As you see I'm in a good mood in this post lol After all the days of waiting and ranting about whatnots. We finally got our NOA2 this morning (but it was a saturday evening in the U.S.). It was approved on September 5th if I'm not mistaken. Thanks for all who gave hope to people like me who waited longer than others. And the people who took a bit of their time to encourage and give us a pat on the back when we were feeling low. You guys are the best 👍👍👍 Goodluck to those people who are still waiting. I can imagine what you're going through but yeah, it's definitely coming. 💪💪💪

After a very long battle of waiting on USCIS my prior I-129F was FINALLY acknowledged as terminated and withdrawn today  via letter (saw it first on informed delivery) from the CSC dated Sept 5th.

Of course nothing updated on the website but I have hard copy PROOF.

 

Now I can focus on waiting some more for approval of current petition.

My prior I-129F petition was approved in around 115-120 days and at the time most were taking only 90 to 100.
