Thanks 😊. We scheduled the interview next month so we think that will give the time for our case to reach the Us embassy 😊. Yes I guess Russia is more strict. Since you have to wait for packet 3 to respond then email packet 4? Here in the Philippines we take docs needed for interview on the day of interview itself.

It works the same way in Nigeria.  As soon as we got out NVC number we completed the DS-160, paid the visa fee, scheduled the interview, completed the medical and PCC.  We are just waiting for our case to leave NVC and go to embassy.  We also scheduled our interview for next month.  It takes 2 weeks to receive the medical packet back so we just wanted to allow some time.  Glad to know someone else was thinking along those same lines.  I'm hoping our case leaves NVC this upcoming week.  Our case arrived there on August 28, so that makes 14 days.  Lol, its kinda funny that we are so impatient with NVC for these few days compared to the months of waiting on the NOA2.  I think it's because we are beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel with seeing some people that have already received visa in hand and actually entered here in the USA already. Exciting for sure! Good luck and enjoy your LO.

Yes, you're right.  That is exactly what they asked for and my RFE book included everyone's stamps.

It's funny you call it a book, lol, but for what you said of all the things you are sending and it being over a hundred pages, it IS a book :)

What I did when preparing our package, along with sending the stamps, was adding the travel history from the i94 website. My thinking was that's an official document, so obviously I was there when I said I was... Plus I didn't overstay :)

Best of luck!

we have everything ready, received and sent ,  before interview .... when the case arrives to the embassy in Moscow and the status of the case changes to READY, that means that we can pay a fee and make an appointment online for an  interview , and for a medical exam... while the case is on the way from the NVC to Moscow, even if the appointment is made, the embassy will not confirm the chosen date and time, because it can create a mess, too many people....package that we receive from embassy contains only instructions,  forms, so we can find everything in advance and get ready. We also receive an email with a list of documents that we must send the copies in three days before the interview.

Yes exactly. Matt got excited when I said someone from the Philippines got everything finished from Noa2 to interview in one month and got their visa.

After a 7 month battle of waiting on USCIS my prior I-129F was FINALLY acknowledged as terminated and withdrawn today :dancing: via letter (saw it first on informed delivery) from the CSC dated Sept 5th.

Of course nothing updated on the website but I have hard copy PROOF.

Now I can focus on waiting some more for approval of current petition.

Day 130 :clock:

My prior I-129F petition was approved in around 115-120 days and at the time most were taking only 90 to 100.
