According to the VJ estimates you were to have been approved 3 days ago.

Maybe tomorrow is your lucky day.

My timeline just kept correcting, and correcting, and going further into the future.  After a while, it changed to "I don't Fricking Have a CLUE, why don't you guess for a while!"

30 days later, approved

When you are using the phone, you can't see the signatures. That's why I sometimes ask people about their received date when it actually is already there. Can't see it :P

Yep, also if you are browsing the site and not logged in - Signatures do not show.

Timelines are important - it's a give and take situation.  You get something from this site, and others depend on information that is provided thru the timeline.

I'm sorry you got a RFE :(

Try to focus on the "good" part. They have already worked on your case, so hopefully the letter will arrive next week and it will be an easy fix... And then next thing will be your NOA2. Fingers crossed for you :)

Exactly! That's why I just updated mine, both timeline and signature.

It's a regional holiday here (Asturias Day), but it's been a hectic morning for me. Booked my medical and trip for this coming Monday. Also flights for my interview on September 21st.

Very happy I could finally get my dream dates :)

Foreign police certificate for London embassy; is it required for stays over 6 months or is it over 1 year? The link in packet 3 under fiance visa specifically says this

Screen Shot 2017-09-08 at 13.25.52.png

Notice int he URL that I have followed the required documents under fiance visa.

Apparently it is Embassy Specific.  We have a 6 month cut off for our embassy, less than 6 mos, no police clearance needed.  After NVC we all have very unique requirements, very different from the next.

Yeah, it seem that way. I have gotten feedback from other forums and it definitely seems to be for stays over one year as per the requirements of the London Embassy.

Yep, I'm sneaky like that :P

I was really worried about my deadlines and thinking I couldn't interview until October, but since they sent me the authorization today, everything worked out just perfectly :D

Also FYI, Spanish beneficiaries. I thought they only had interviews on Thursdays, but I could have also had mine Tuesday and Wednesday, so there's options :)

It all works out :D

It's funny -  or actually quite interesting - how everything works out.  If I would have had my way and got a speedy NOA2, Ann would have POE by now and we'd both be facing a hurricane.  As it is, I'm working the entire weekend in a safe hospital, and Ann is going to her medical half a world away, and in October we interview TOGETHER........ So everything does work out in perfect timing after all.

I have confidence your perfect timing and all the pieces coming together is likewise - all good!

Bestest Luck to you!!!!
