I129F April 2017 filers

Packet 3 is finished. I'm just now completely obsessing over the documents I sent my fiancee. I sent them out on August 28th and they have been in Australia for 2 days now, but no update through USPS and fiancee didn't receive them yet. So, I get to stress about that now. Yippie.  Now, we wait for Packet 4 and here's to hoping the papers get there before Packet 4. I still don't know if we are scheduling the interview ourself, or if one is being scheduled for us since we got expedited. I guess we'll see and find out. In the meantime, maybe I should take a xanax. Hahaha.

and so ... we need to see that you and your fiance have met in person ... please send passport stamps or airline tickets blah blah blah ... unbelievable  I sent pictures, airline itineraries, credit Card receipts, hotel bookings ... but didn't even think to send passport stamps gee whiz man;  But folks ... I have a serious issue here ... I can provide this information .. no problem, but after getting the RFE notice I went back through my petition and I made a mistake concerning some arrests I had like 15 + years ago, do you all think I should take this opportunity to send in the required documentation for these arrests or at this point all background is done and I should be safe here ... I think I'll post a topic for this in the main view  but I welcome your thoughts here as well.

I've just checked my Visa K1 folder and we got lucky, since I do have a blank copy of the old version saved there. I'll try to attach it here for you.

Uh oh, I see why you are looking for some informed advice at the general forum here, because that's a tricky one. They always say the rule is not to send them anything they are not specifically asking for, but they also say you can get a second RFE if they see there's something missing while reviewing the petition again (if so).

I guess if you know all your info and documentary proof regarding that mistake is perfect and won't rise any more questions, you might as well send it.

You can always try to call them and explain the situation, but we all know that usually doesn't work that well

this file is too big, cannot be attached, .just want you to know

that the old one form. is  USCIS form  I-129 F OMB №1615-0001 Expires 06/30/2016

yes, the stamps in the passport are required to provide ... this is important, one of the main proof, the seal of the border guard service
.. with respect to the rest .... I do not think that it is necessary to decide in advance, it is better to solve questions as they come ... over the past they probably have all the information, and therefore do not accentuate.

Thank You and Thank You @Estibaliz Kind of what I was thinking, and if by chance I do get another RFE, I will be ready to send that right back to them as well, so as it is ... additional request satisfied and overnight out this evening. If I can make it home and back to UPS or FED-EX by closing ...

Can I ask what dates were available still when you called? I really wanted to get my medical done on the 21/22 if I can. Are they quite flexible or do they give you strict appointment dates to choose from? 

I'm not entirely sure haha, I asked what was the first one available and the women on the phoned said two weeks time which is the 19th. Hopefully they'll still be available! when are you going to book it?
