not hard copy, but email,  sheet of form I-797, for our attorney, and Darrel, both ... it seems to me, hard copy will come  next two days ... your too ! :)

Oh I got it. good thing your email notification is working😊. Matt didn't have anything there too and he signed in for email notification. So we will just wait for the hard copy on our mail. What's good is at least our case is moving to NVC while we wait for the hard copy. So good luck for us. Hopefully next week we can be on the next step😊

It's okay got it😊. Almost like ours with the date though. The tier 2 said we are approved on 8/22 but then USCIS tracker said 8/23, got me confused but what the heck as long as we got the approval the date doesn't need to matter 😉

Hi guys !

You can prepare all financial documents for your fiancee's interview, with original signed by petitioner, photos 2 x 2 inches ( 2 photos ....i have 4  just in case ) and 1,18 x 1,57   ( 5 photos for medical ) , you can get Police Certificate/s , just you have to know what is the validity period of the certificate issued in your country. better if you will have Police Certificate less than 3 months  issued in  your country and less than 6 months from other countries -  if you have been there more than 1 year after your 16 years,  certif. must contain  all names, last names, /even if sometimes authority did a mistake in any your document, and wrote one letter different / you used during a life. You can translate all your personal documents if they are not in English, or maybe in your country language ...in  Russia we do not need to translate documents issued in Russian too, only if they in all other languages except English and Russian...you have to ask your embassy, because it is local..also you can prepare all proof and evidence of your relationship and meeting/s.

You can get all vaccinations that you need according your age / i got them free last year /,...and from september - shot against flu.If you get them on medical examinations, it will be much more expensive.

and you have to know the answers al questions for interview , all of them about your relationship, biographical...well , you know that )

the beneficiary also needs to translate police certificates into English.../If you are required to submit supporting evidence and it is in a foreign language, you must submit certified English translations of all documents. The translator must certify that they are competent to translate and that the translation is accurate/

Hello there! I have a question for April 2017 filers....

How are you guys receiving NOA2? I mean, by mail? USCIS website? Or e-mail/text? I know we all get it by mail eventually. But we got our NOA1 by e-mail before my fiancée in the states received an actual letter notice... I frequently see posts saying that USCIS page still shows Case Was Received even though they received NOA2.  Somebody tell me how USCIS is sending you NOA2 :) Thank you!!

My fiance called USCIS and talked to a tier 2 officer and the tier 2 officer told him we are approved at that day. Then USCIS tracker updated our case the next day. No hard copy in the mail yet since it takes time

Thank you JeniandMatt! Few more questions for you.... Did you call them during your estimated dates on VisaJourney timeline and if so how accurate was the estimation? Also, Are you able to ask your fiancé which number he/she called? Thanks!! :D

Yep, lately mail is the common way of finding out about your approval, since the tracker seems to work just randomly.

Hello everyone, I'm new here and I'm just really curious if anyone knows about timing. We filed our I129f on April 6 and got our NOA1 on April 11. We got our NOA2 on August 10. Does anyone know how long until my SO can come here if all process goes well with the embassy? Our NOA2's expiration date is on December 9, can the visa issuance be more than that date? thanks and goodluck to everyone here thats still waiting.

You have exactly my same dates :)

The process after NOA2 and until visa in hand usually takes around another 2 months... Can be less, can be more, but I'd say 2-3 months is a safe time frame, as long as there's not any personal reasons to day it or a long Administrative Process after the interview. Of course, that can vary depending on the country.
