Absolutely!  God willing.  I have heard it is super tough.  We decided to just ride it out and leave it to God.  I wish you lots of luck.

Yes God knows the best timing and is the greatest planner!! We got this!  Praying we all are patient and we get our loved ones with us soon.

You bet!  Give em some more time, like 3 hrs.  Did you enter your phone number to call you back at?  if not, call back now.

BTW, Just talking to Tier 1 doesn't 'ding' your case.  Talking to Tier 2 will place an 'inquiry' on it and they will see you are calling.

Yeah I thought about calling back after 2 hours but I fell asleep because it was around 2am here in the philippines and I took some medication for my allergies so I dozes off instantly. Thanks so much for the advice about calling.

It's still showing as received but the tracker hasn't been working and even rfe's haven't been updated for a couple days so don't lose hope!! Maybe it'll be in your mailbox tomorrow!

By the way my noa1 is April 11 and received date is April 6. Now yall know why I'm going coocoo lately. April 13's and 14s and 15s getting approved. So happy for them but definitely a bummer for me :(

I have the same timeline! I broke down and called this week and have an rfe that she said would arrive within 30 days. Tracker still says received. Rfe's get updated more than approvals but I have been tracking around our dates and nothing for a couple days

Called NVC tonight, and I got my NVC number.  I called after 9pm Eastern, and there was no wait.  The guy I talked to was probably the nicest government employee I have ever talked to.

Yes the guy I talked to was wonderful.  Explained what all the numbers were for, and answered all my questions.

I am pretty sure and someone can correct me if wrong, but I believe that it needs to be a wet signature for her.  She will need to send it to you, not email it.

@JimInUS

@tanderson64

The letter of Intent is fine to be scanned.   No RFE's have been issued for wet signatures since 2013 when the requirements changed.

Save your money and scan away!
