Wow thanks. Never occurred to me. Maybe I'll even have her get it notarized and FedEx to me.

I don't think it needs to be notarized, but I would look at exactly what the RFE says and go from there.  If they are looking for a signature, then I am pretty sure it needs to be wet.

I'm actually convinced that yours will already be in the mail! The wait is so much harder with snail mail being the only way to know. Hang in there and I think you'll have it very soon.

I sure hope so. As of Tuesday morning I was still only assigned an adjudicator, so hopefully things have been moving quite a bit since then for the sake of everyone's sanity. Thanks for the well wishes!

Ok, it may take a little longer to get to you from her, but you wont have to redo it.  Also, I send things with Priority Mail through USPS, instead of paying them money for FedEx.  Should be a lot cheaper.  Regular Priority is a 2-3 day and for a document or two it goes very fast and is cheap.  For me it was $6.65 from Portland to CSC, sent on Saturday and arrived on Monday.  Save some money if you can.

Also, fill in your timeline, it really does help with everything.  :time:

I will personally deliver all remaining required documents for embassy phase to Faye when I fly over to the Philippines the first week of October. I've got a date with my Baby and a Red Horse :P

How long are you staying?  I am hoping to be there with Monica in October as well until the Visa is issued to go with her to the Interview and fly back with her.  We should get together while there if possible and you and Faye are interested.

I sure hope not , I provided a scanned copy of everything of her's. I called USCIS first before doing that and they said it was ok. Hopefully I wasn't lied to and/or hopefully the adjudicator won't care. Have other people sent scanned copies of the fiance(e)'s portion of the paperwork?

That is why I am looking for confirmation from someone that knows more than I do.  If it doesn't have to be wet, then she can sign and scan it and then send the email to him to print and send.  That would be the fastest way to get it.

But two Tuesdays ago I was told the same thing. The guy said any day, and I didn't have anything at the beginning of this week which is why I called back this Tuesday. Who knows with them really. Still remaining optimistic, but not letting myself expect anything soon. I'd rather have a nice surprise.

Hi all,

With few people with the same timeline as ours (April 10th received/April 13th notice), I thought it would be a good idea to give USCIS a call. I went through the option of not choosing any options (so it would assume a rotary from) and got an agent right away. She confirmed my identity, basic info and the same spiel about processing Feb 1st cases. I asked if I can talk to an Tier 2 officer to specifically look into my case and she actually mentioned that she has the same info access as them.

After asking to look into our case the agent informed me that we don't even have an officer assigned to our case :( This was really disheartening as I'm on day 137 atm. She gave me the estimate of 30-45 days once an officer is assigned..

I'm trying to convince myself that either the info the agent gave was either inaccurate.. Given that I'm really struggling with the wait already, I just don't know what to do anymore :(

April 5, 2017: I-129F Mailed

April 10, 2017: NOA1 RECEIVED DATE

April 13, 2017: NOA 1 NOTICE DATE (+email and text confirmation)

Sept 1, 2017: NOA 2 Hard Copy

Inacurate

First she doesn't have the same access as Tier 2, and Tier 1 cannot see case notes, location, RFE or Approval

Unless you are talking to Tier 2, you might as well just look up yourself on the website.      Sorry

Gotcha. Like I said I would the USCIS person I called didn't lie about that because I asked specifically about the letter of intent and the G-325A needing to have a wet signature or photocopy was sufficient. I was told photocopy was sufficient for both. My stomach is in knots right now waiting to see what other people did...I'd hope I had already gotten an RFE for it at this point. Hopefully @S*UK is right and my approval is en route regardless of needing a wet signature or not.
