I don't think there's any example for the new form yet, but the old one is valid until the 9th of June, so you can send that one if you have it ready and are sure they will get it before that date.

If you have seen the comments on a thread about the new form, people are kind of confused about the new process, regarding the G325A form. Still required or not? So if I were in your place I'd go with the old guidelines if I could.

Sorry I can't be of more help.

i'm confused to send the old form and they sent it back

Guys is there any example for the new form of i-129f ? i prepared the old one and then found theres a new update... any help ? thanks in advance

It's on the uscis website, the old one (12/23/2016) is still valid until june I think. So you should be fine with the old one. Just check out their website it says how long they process the old ones. Good luck and welcome to us April filers 😊

Well, i don't know which forms they send. Maybe they used an older one? Because I know they sent their petition about same day us ours, and we got our NOA1 no problem yesterday.

Sorry for your trouble. I know this process and the whole bureaucracy makes anyone and everyone get paranoid and over think everything :/

You are welcome :)

My estimate here says 12 July to 17 July, but I still have to make sure I have the right Notice date once we get the hardcopy.

So we're still within that approximately 90 day time frame give or take...

Keep me updated, I'd appreciate it.

Still no NOA1 for us, maybe today is the day 😉

Yeah I see that too, and truly feel sorry for them. 90 days seem to be tough for me right now. Seeing people on here waiting for over 120 days makes me feel truly sorry for them and also quite worried for us.

Prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

What it comes down to is, we all get to be with our loved ones eventually, I still hope sooner than later though 😉

Haha thank youuuuu, I still wonder why your fiancée thinks it is creepy though 🤔

I think the 90 day average is reasonable for April filers. :)

There were an exceptionally large number of filers in November and December, so these months are a bit backed up, coupled with the fact that the CSC had a huge slowdown around Christmas/New Year's time, this is why many of us are still waiting. I think after they have cleared the December and early January cases, NOA2 response time will begin to speed up a bit. At least I hope so!

That's what I call positive thinking. We all need that. 👌😊

I was thinking, well hoping, the same, that once they went through all the November and December cases things will move forward.

Good luck on getting your NOA2 soon. We want them to be done with all of you so they can rush and get to April soon 😋

And you are right, @Jasmayne. My fiancé is the weird one, but he really goes all yeeeks and nooo 🙈 when I cross my fingers... So I do that when he cracks his knuckles, because that IS creepy for me 😱

Hi. Looks like I'm an April filer too now thanks to USPS.

I don't know what happened to our package but about a week after our tracking told us it was delivered, USCIS sent my fiance a letter saying they couldn't accept our case because they "Received an empty envelope from this return address"  as well as the envelop we sent our package in (which looked like an animal had had its go on it). After much panic, rushing around to put together a new one and sending it to my fiance to sign, his cheque was cashed and we received and NOA1 email. (still waiting on the hard copy though!)

So I feel ya pain, guys!

Hoping the next few months go by as quickly as possible!!

Congratulations on finally receiving notification & welcome to the April Filers Forum. Sorry you had to resend, that's so crazy that your package ended up like that. We had to resend as well because my fiancé wrote $530 instead of $535.

I hope we all have a smooth and quick process from here on out...fingers crossed 🤞

Lol Giggling cause of what @Estibaliz said about fingers crossed ealier in the post.
