136 Days waiting haha, hopefully soon.  I'm within my VJ timeline so hopefully we see some progress this week.   I'm happy to see people getting approved but it is bitter sweet when they are after my received dates.

Best of luck this week.

So we are on Day 123 of waiting today I believe, I was really hoping that our NOA2 would come this week as we have a bank holiday on Monday and I have the day off work, would be perfect timing to start sorting my life out ready for the move!

We were going to call USCIS tomorrow but based on everyone else's experience, I think we may just wait one more week. My timeline keeps switching between August 26th & 27th. We shall see!

Hi everybody!  I'm so happy that we've received our NOA2 last 08/11/2017.  I have one question for you guys.  I'm a single household, I've been getting $24,000 net per year,  would this be enough or I'd still be needing a joint affidavit?  Thanks in advance!

That's enough for a household of two (you and your fiance).

Congrats on your NOA2 :time:

Happy Great American Eclipse Day Aprilites!

Today is the 132nd day since our case was received by USCIS on April 11, 2017. Our case was sent in on April 8th. I didn't receive the NOA1 until April 15th, hence the reason the timeline is filled out as such. I train Math teachers and I have had the privilege to train astronauts and flight controllers at NASA, so when they asked me if we can take a ten minute break to go outside and observe the total solar eclipse; I was all for it. During that break, I checked my email for USPS informed delivery and saw our 'Golden Ticket'. Once I got home today, I called my OH with excitement and opened the letter and read it while we were on video call.  I confirmed that it was our NOA2 Approval Letter. We are so happy to be one step closer to being together as a family.  Our five month old son even began to jump up and down with laughter. I'm thankful that we received our great news on such a special day.  Now I will call this - "Our Great American Approval Eclipse Day!"

NOA2 - April 17, 2017 (No text, No app change (still says received), No email, hardcopy received in the mail on April 21, 2017)

I hope everyone that's waiting will receive their approvals soon and get to be united with loved ones very soon!
