It was not something for Monica needed to fill out.  It was on the I-129f form, that I missed.  I have taken care of it.

Did you send it back with delivery confirmation or some form of tracking?

Also did you keep make a photo copy of what they sent to you in event the post office or USCIS loses it then you already have another copy ready to go?

Sorry I'm OCD.

Great job getting it mailed back out today and so fast.

Hope you get your NOA 2 in 2 weeks tops

For all that are waiting for the info on our RFE, it was because I am an F...ing idiot.  It was not for TOS like we thought, it was for lines 28a thru 30.  Where will the Beneficiary live in the US and where does she live now.  Filled it out and sent it right back out.  It is on the way back and should get there Monday or Tuesday.

Congrats and now you can get good rest. Hoping NOA2 is next.

My F and I did not submit TOS, hoping the adjudicator will pass it. Praying hard💪👍

God bless us all Aprilites in all our journey. Soon we will be in the arms of the love of our life.

Everyone is so quiet today... Then with time difference, and being a Sunday, that's pretty understandable :P Plus no mail today, so no news coming

Today is the perfect day to rest, have fun and share quality time with your other half. And also recharge ourselves for the waiting, specially all of you still waiting for the golden letter.

Sending you all good vibes and positive energy, so we can see more progress this week, starting tomorrow. Mondays are good for mail :D

We are giving it a try at NVC tomorrow. Low chance, but worth a try. Fingers crossed ;)

Yeah no harm in trying . Since they are working fast at nvc these days so you might never 😉. Good luck!

Wasn't posting that much lately. Frustration I guess is creeping in. But still trying to be positive. Hoping next week will get our golden ticket :jest:

Having a lazy day with my little man with Netflix and pizza and when he goes to bed I'm watching a movie with my fiancée lol we always stay on the phone and make sure we start the movie at the same time, makes it feel

like we're actually watcing it together and not 4500 miles apart. Hope you're having a nice relaxing Sunday and that you're getting some great news from NVC tomorrow!

Lol, we do that too... Except on the computer, because he shares his Netflix account with me. So he uses the tablet to talk while watching on TV and I watch on the computer, and he always makes the countdown to start watching at the same time... "1... 2... 3... 😗" :P

We'll do that later too (he's sleeping now, of course :P) and also cam so we can talk and I can see the cutie... I mean Jaime, our cat, lol.

Hope you enjoy the Netflix and chill too

@JeniandMatt Aww, hang in there. I understand your frustration, but try to feel positive. Sending lots of good vibes your way for a NOA2 in the mail this week

So Keith and Monica, I'm happy for you that your RFE was a minor thing like that. I'm hoping mine is too. Expecting it to arrive mid-week hopefully.

I'm curious, I saw your fiance is from Philippines. Mine too. Did you have an agency assist you in the PI with your application? I did, and I'm kinda surprised I still got an RFE. But if it's something simple I'll give them a pass...

Mike & Tuyen, I was 140 days until I finally got an online status update saying they sent out an RFE that day, so I wouldn't be surprised if they don't tell you much if you call after 120 days. I think it depends on the person handling your case (if there is one yet) and how backed up they are.

Thanks!

We are on day 132. We haven't called yet. There aren't very many cases with our received date that have been approved so we aren't worried about not hearing anything yet... we are just going to wait it out and if it gets to 150 days we may think about calling... maybe.

With those received dates, I wouldn't expect to hear anything for a week or two. Of course, its entirely up to you and if you think calling will give you peace of mind go for it! And be sure to update us all! We love to hear how other people's experiences have gone. :D:P
