Awesome!  Yes it takes time for people to update systems in a place as big as USCIS.  Great to hear you are on your way!

For all that are waiting for the info on our RFE, it was because I am an F...ing idiot.  It was not for TOS like we thought, it was for lines 28a thru 30.  Where will the Beneficiary live in the US and where does she live now.  Filled it out and sent it right back out.  It is on the way back and should get there Monday or Tuesday.

You are not an idiot. Those things happen. And if you think about it, even better, because this is so straight forward information I don't think there's really anything for them to check, just to hit the approval button.

So now a new wait begins. First for response to RFE received, and then finally your NOA2

I do feel like an idiot.  I'm not sure why I didn't fill it out before.  Makes me mad at myself.

Keith; I paid $600 to a service to make sure of something like this not happening. Then I see all the "do it yourself" approvals and......I feel like a freaking Idiot too! But they have a "special relationship" that allows applications processed by them faster approval...again....I'm an Idiot!

 

Whether you forget a line or two, or you pay $600 for someone else to do basically nothing, In the end; stuff just happens. Don't beat yourself up over it...I'm doing enough of that for the both of us

That is one of things that is best about this site.  We all help each other out.  Do our best to make each other feel better when we have made a mistake (like me), or if we are having a rough day or week like some others have.  Or whatever the case is.  

 

I really appreciate all the people in here that have been there for Monica and I.  I truly hope that if you haven't gotten your NOA2, that it comes with them most speed possible.  If you have gotten your NOA2, then the rest of your process to be with your Loved One is a fast process and you are together with extreme haste.  Good Luck to all.

Oh don't feel that bad about yourself. Things like that happen. At least it's an easy fix. If I may suggest if Monica sends you back the paper let her send it thru FedEx priority. It will surely be there the next day. So heres to praying for a smooth Delivery for your package to and from and a speedy approval. So we can expect your Noa2 the soonest 😉

It was not something for Monica needed to fill out.  It was on the I-129f form, that I missed.  I have taken care of it.

I will be waiting for my own RFE when they come around to ours.  I was trying to show my fiancee how the letter of intent was supposed to look so I changed where our names were in the letter and then told him to put his address at the top.  He heard sign it and send it.  Then I didn't change the names back around so it has his name on there for both and I signed it (I thought I swapped them, but nope). I checked, checked, and checked again.  I didn't notice it until a few days ago.  I think I have an indentation from the mother of all face palms I gave myself. It happens.  My mom said it's when it's super important that we always seem to bug-ger it.  It's a pain in the biscuits, but at least it's a quick fix not a deal breaker.    You're good
