You are correct. I made the mistake of not including passport stamps in the original evidence because they were faint and difficult to read. However now I understand that USCIS needs more proof than just letters and photos. I did not have any phsyical boarding passes because when I travel, everything is digital. Anyway, it's all taken care of now. I estimate that the packet will leave NVC around September 5th.

It's a stormy evening here in the Philippines..hope the electricity won't go off, I have charged powerbank though if in any case..I'm glad to be just at home especially during this stormy month..my fiancé said there's nothing in the mailbox today so we're hoping for Monday..131 days..our case is pretty easy..I've never been outside Luzon too,lol😂😂😂

Yes they process faster now at nvc so youre right maybe even before Sept 5th😊

Looks like your received date was the 13th. What is your NOA1 if you dont mind me asklng?
My received date is 10th and NOA1 13th. VJ timeline uses NOA1 date rather than received date

Ahhhh I wish I could have found out information like this sooner.  No RFE yet here thank goodness but if passport stamps were something we needed, that would have been good to know BEFORE we sent the packet in.  I sent a few copies of our electronic boarding passes.  But passport stamps?  Sheesh.. really??

My letter says received on April 13 so that's the NOA1 date I use on our timeline.  Have you already done any preparation for the next phase or are you still waiting for the NOA2?  We've been waiting to do the background checks, etc, because we didn't want it to be outdated for the packet.
