For those who have sent additional evidence, how long did it take from the time they received the evidence and the NOA2 was received?

And any ideas on what kind of stuff they might want? I even used a visa service in Philippines to help us, and gave them tons of evidence. Proof we lived together for a couple of years, finances no problem, intent to marry....

I really hope that means a NOA2 and not a NOID. I assume an RFE would have showed updated on the tracker? Well, NOID's update too, I saw one issued yesterday for April 11th received date... Did you check your case on the USCIS tracker?

Let's hope for the best :)

Thanks, that's what I'm hoping for too. The USCIS tracker still gives me the "My case was received..." message. Won't be at ease until my status changes or I get a letter in the mail.

He then said that tier 2' s cannot see much more but if my OH wanted he could make an appointment with our local immigration office and that they can look further into it and give us a more exact estimate etc..

This is not true of all local USCIS offices.  Some will help, most will just refer you back to CSC.  I was told by our local office that they cannot look up specific cases.  But it is worth a try!

I just use the Apple USCIS App. It basically allows me to check the status of lots of cases simultaneously by simply adding multiple cases to a 'my cases' page and refreshing. Nothing yet for your WAC number. In fact, it doesnt look like there are any updates for 10/4 receieved date today :(. But, someone on here ^^ just posted about a possible approval for their case when they called USCIS (NOA1 13/4, the same as ours). So all hope isn't lost! :star:

Hello! I know there's a lot of us asking you a favor but if you have extra time, could you also include us. Our WAC is ending at 3140. My received date is 04/17 😊 thank you! I really appreciate it

Geez.

For the only ones we have here right know that got an RFE and replied back already, they just got the approval in the mailbox and it was pretty fast, like 3 days between response Received and NOA2.

Maybe your RFE is something different like a box you didn't check or passport pictures they want resent. Not sure, since there's a bunch of things that shouldn't cause you a RFE is you had a visa service double checking and helping out.

Hope you get it soon to know and fix it.
