Yay!!!! I was really worried. I had hoped but then I'm like I'll be damned we get to the finish line and have a up. I'm worried about them looking at my pay stub as I allot some money to another account. I guess I'll have to write a letter for him. Same with my employment letter to show I'm a regular employee.

Has anyone started on the aos stuff yet?

I can't focus on AOS until we get approved and my fiance is on US soil.

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

Doesn't your pay stub show your gross earnings and your net earnings? Every pay stub that I have ever gotten has shown that regardless of where the money goes (e.g., savings accounts, checking accounts, IRA, 401k, HSA, taxes, etc.).

Unfortunately(?) I'm a planner and have already begun looking into that and want to have the entire AOS packet ready to send off the same day we receive the marriage certificate, if possible.

Does your employer use a third party payroll vendor such as ADP? If so, you should be able to retrieve a copy of your pay stubs from the vendor. You should be able to do that through ADP, for example. If you're unsure, you should call or email someone in HR and to see what can be done. It would also probably be a good idea to attach a the I-134 instructions form when you contact them so that they know explicitly what is needed and hopefully nothing is lost to some bizarre interpretation. That's what I'm planning on doing.

Try mentioning that you think the tracker is broken. That's what got me to the tier 2 officer. He was hesitant before I said that, but then readily admitted that it had been having problems and happily transferred me.

Thank you! I will try.

Hi. Yes we did. They put an inquiry on our behalf and this was the response last august 12. Does it mean theyre already reviewing my case?
