It seems you should be fine as you have at least the letter from employer, as long with other support documents.

Hope you don't mind me asking, but why won't you have at least one paystub by the time of the interview? It very well could take a couple of months to get the appointment...

Anyway, whatever the reason is your fiance just would have to explain the situation if asked, and it should be fine.

Anyway, they are less than 4€ each here...

London Embassy specifies 1 original plus one photocopy so I guess i'm ok on that basis. I ordered 2 just incase. I would have been mad if I only ordered one and then had to pay another £45. Lucky yours are free! Everything here in the UK costs something

I think that will probably be the case. Since we have to also take a passport and they can't take that away from you at the medical lol. I'm just worrying about everything. Typical Brit.

I check the app today and saw the update

 

"request for additional evidence was mailed".....

 

so how longer it hold whole proccess? 1-2 months?

if somebody has only 1 police certif. or any other documents, and no time to ask about another one you need, you guys can make a copy and notarize.

as we can see at processing times , less than a month, 1-2-3 weeks

Hey all....

 

Hoping someone can give me some positive news, or at least some hope. Today is day 139 since they received my application (received March 30), and my NOA1 is dated April 19. I assume it took a while to transfer from Texas to California or something (19 days?).

 

Anyway, no NOA2 yet, and it's driving me nuts. My fiance is in the Philippines, and we're hoping this is the week. But every day my Informed Delivery shows nothing, and the USCIS website shows nothing. No RFE's. Nothing. 

 

My receipt number ends in 93396, and I saw earlier in the thread that some 80000's have been approved.  

 

Anyway, does anyone have any hopeful words? I'm not sure how to check which ones have been approved or where they are.

I'm in the same boat. No idea on when I'll get the authorization to schedule the interview and no idea on what will be available then. I so want for this uncertainty to end

But yeah, there's a chance you get your paystub before interview, but I think it would be ok anyway if you don't

Lucky people got the approval barely a week after the response was received. Other unlucky people have to wait for almost the 60 days they apparently have to make a decision after receiving the response.

So yeah, tricky question, but I hope you get the RFE in the mail soon, it's an easy fix and they approve you fast

I know it's one year too for my country, since the Embassy website specifically says so, but I've seen other countries websites asking for the certificate for countries you lived in for 6 months.

Ive tried to keep my mind occupied today instead of obsessively checking the app, feeling very down and fed up of waiting! Fingers crossed for some good news soon.

Very interesting! My other theory about that change from yesterday that I didn't mention was that perhaps someone accidentally updated the wrong thing. Who knows! Would be interesting to see if anyone called USCIS today and if they were told that USCIS is still processing cases from Jan or Feb.

I'm sorry you are having a rough time waiting for your NOA2... That should have already been issued if this process was more logical.

 

There's not much I can tell you regarding cases around you right now and, anyway, keep in mind most of the time the tracker doesn't work, so no way to know what's really happening there.

 

Anyway, and if can give you any hope, you can see these past days, last week as much as this present one, how March filers have been getting NOA2'S after a longer wait. Here on our thread, @Keith & Monica, whose dates are kind of similar to yours for received date (3/28, if I remember correctly), and are also from the Philippines, just got a RFE yesterday.

 

So even if it's hard to wait, at least they are still working around those dates. So fingers crossed for you and hoping you are not left behind but get news soon.

Someone from May did. They were told February, so that's what made me go and check. Perks of being a stalker

Do you get to pick when you interview or are you assigned a date? If you get to choose from open dates, you could always choose a date later that would give you sufficient time for the pay stub to be brought to the interview. Personally that is the route I'd take in your situation as I would rather be safe than sorry (if you can choose when to do the interview).
