The app doesn't show case numbers when giving alerts, sorry. But since it's based on the USCIS case tracker, if you check your case number there you can find out

The app doesn't display the numbers with the notifications. But the dates are: 4/4 (USA), 3/31 (Philippines), 3/24 (Jamaica), 3/30 (Philippines).

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to give you an update that my case tracker just went off to tell me about our approval yesterday.... Maybe they fixed the tracker.

Anyone knows how they process the files.  The date of the NOA1 is not in order.   When you got your NOA2, did they text message or email you to let you know ahead before they mail it?  My NOA1 date is April 4.  I haven't heard anything about my case.

Well, they are not the most organized people in the world when it comes to work in order, but they go by received date.

NOA2 is coming in the (snail) mail lately, with just rare cases where they did get the electronic notification beforehand.  So keep a close eye in your mailbox, and maybe subscribe to USPS Informed Delivery if that's an option where you live.

They start working on the files in order but due to variances in background checks and other external factors the NOA2 dates vary widely. The online tracker is rarely updated so most people don't find out about their approval until the hard copy lands in the mailbox. Today is one of those rare days where cases are showing up in the tracker.
